Always a worry spending a lot of money on a secondhand phone, in this case, a Samsung S23 Plus. Needn't have worried, the phone was absolutely as new, not a mark....not even a fingerprint! What did impress me was the packaging. If you do purchase something from this wonderful company you will understand what I mean.....oh and the delivery was lightning quick. Very, very pleased.

I ordered a Galaxy s23 plus. The description stated it was unlocked and in pristine condition.....it was both!
The phone was immaculate condition! Came with everything I needed including a plug! The phone was well packaged during transit which is a definite plus.
The delivery was fast and efficient.
I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company through Backmarket as Backmarket's website is v unclear. This led to me receiving the wrong colour and "excellent" refurbishment had scratches on the side. But LecWorx handled the situation professionally and with v good customer service.

Purchased 2 Samsung S22 128 gb phones, both in excellent condition. Nothing to say they weren't as new. Arrived on time as advised at time of order. Very pleased with the savings, the phones and plus good for the environment.

The watch was fantastic. Came in original box. Service was great. Had to return as item after consideration was too expensive, but they had no complaints and issued a refund immediately after receiving it. Great service.
