As complete novices to the world of Caravanning we needed help and advice on everything and found the staff at Leisure Sales really helpful and friendly - and knowledgeable. From John, in Sales, to Mark and Roger in accessories and Neil with the induction/ handover all provided us with the help and confidence we needed. We would recommend Leisure Sales to anyone thinking about life as a Caravanner!

Excellent service after an initial misunderstanding regarding warranty repair to our caravan. Service team extremely helpful and quick solved the problem immediately. Thank you Jan and team.

Visited Sunday 8th May 2022, we are newbies to caravaning and the staff In the sales shop went up and beyond to explain things to us even going on Google to ensure the lock was the correct one to secure our caravan. Brilliant very impressed . Also they have a lovely cafe with seating indoor and outdoor with lovely food very clean. They also have on display a good stock.of used and new caravans to suit all budgets. Well worth a visit .

Terrible…just got to van for first trip since service in October and not all the warranty work has been done. In particular a lighting switch that works when it wants to. But even worse it has come back with a problem that it didn’t have when it went in- door halves don’t keep together. Also asked for the caravan to be drained down as unlikely to get back up North until after first frost. It wasn’t drained at all. And charged £350….. never again.

Great experience when we met John Chaddock this week. Listened to what we wanted in a new caravan and ensured our current car could tow the van safely. Helpful, knowledgeable and really pleased we called in to see him.

After deciding to swap our 4 year old Bailey caravan for a newer model last October, we came back to Leisure Sales after the excellent service we had from John in Sales. Despite being told by Bailey that out new caravan would be ready by end December it didn't arrive until February, but John kept us informed by email of what was happening. Upon taking our old caravan into be swapped...a catalogue of faults were diagnosed with it. John phoned and was honest and truthful about all our options. However, we decided to proceed with the sale for the new Bailey Vigo, the following day John called to say that our new van was damaged and being sent back to Bailey, cancelling our sale. He then went out of his way to try and sort out a new caravan for us, but we decided that Bailey was now not an option so swapped to Swift. He showed us the available models, putting no pressure on us to purchase at all, giving the option to walk away if we wanted to and go elsewhere. We found a caravan we loved and he managed to get it ready within 48 hours, ringing and emailing to keep us informed all the time. When we went to collect our van today the gentleman doing the handover (sorry I've forgot your name!) was so helpful and was probably the best handover we have had in the 25 years of caravanning..think he explained every switch, button and appliance!! I really can't fault anything despite the issues we had with Bailey Caravans...would recommend speaking to John if you are looking to buy a caravan!

Been going to leisure sales. For many years.. bought quite few caravans from them. In our experience always pleasure to do business with.. always friendly never follow you around. Leave you to enjoy looking at all the lovely caravans. Beccy. Diane. In sales have worked there for many years. Even when you just pop in the shop to buy something. They never forget you. As a valued customer. Gary in the service Dept.. always friendly and understanding. And Jan. In service Dept. Is such lovely lady. Nothing is ever to much trouble from the staff. Mark in the shop. Always pleasant smile and welcome.. keep the good work going. We always return. When we change vans. Here's to better safer healthy. Years ahead. Safe towing every one..

Excellent service as ever from Leisure Sales let down only by the fact that they never respond to any emails - not even an acknowledgement.

trading my caravan in for another model ,went well. When i had an accident with it, i couldnt get a reply about bringing it in for repair for an estimate. left message after message,never got too speak too anybody, so i gave up and went elsewhere.

Today I had taken the day off work to come and view a specific caravan at leisure sales, Becky was super helpful with advice and very pleasant, we will be back soon to maybe look at purchasing a new caravan ready for summer fun !!

Lovely staff and great support if anything goes wrong.

I can’t comment on issues people have had with after sales, but I’ve always found them to be helpful - maybe I’m just realistic in what can be done.

I’d strongly recommend this dealer.

Excellent service purchased and collected our caravan and provided excellent outstanding service a big thank you for John for arranging the collection .

Very poor customer service and aftersales. Various issues with the caravan. Mainly the shower leaking internally and causing damage to the walls. Several attempts to repair later and several arguments with the receptionists mainly Amanda. I'd avoid a sale from leisure sales based on the extremely low standard of aftercare. No courtesy calls regarding delivery of spare parts and arrangements of repair. Still waiting to be contacted to arrange repair on some stress cracks found and reported 6 months ago.

Carn't fault Jan in service she is bending over backwards to help us with a problem with the brakes on our caravan. They have repaired all warranty work that was needed.

5 Star service from Bekki could not have treated us any better . Such a polite and helpfull young lady. Very knowledgable too.

We recently returned to caravanning after a 16 year break. We had originally planned on buying second hand but then ended up buying new. We went to several dealers and even though Leisure Services are local to us, we also experienced the best customer service which is the most important thing to us. Becky, our sales person was outstanding, straight talking, no pressure to buy whatsoever, she was honest with us and nothing was too much trouble. We were a little nervous at spending so much money and had queries and needed reminders as to what we needed and how to do things and we were never made to feel like we were a nuisance,even though we probably were. We really felt we could trust her opinions and valued her honesty and recommendations. After ordering our caravan she kept us informed of what was happening and we are confident we could return to her for further advice if needed. A couple of small snags were picked up when we inspected the caravan and these were dealt with the same day. We will definitely be returning to them for services etc and our future vans going forward.

Appalling customer service once a sale has been made. Still waiting for a call back to rectify a fault on a brand new van. It’s only been 13 months! Given up hope of ever hearing back, will try and fix the fault by other means.
