L'élianne ®  レビュー

We have had an excellent experience with L'élianne and recommend the company wholeheartedly

We bougt a dog car seat from the company. It is high quality, comfy and secure. We are fully satisfied with the product.

Concerning the service, we are more than satisfied as L'élianne went above and beyond. We accidentaly damaged our car seat while unboxing it. It was simply clumsiness on our part and in no way the responsibility of the company.

We contacted L'élianne to buy another one of the damaged part which also happened to be the main and most expensive part of the product. The company instead graciously offered to sell us another complete product at a very attractive price.

As said in this review's title : Good product, excellent service!

My dog loves the bed and feels safe in it which is important to me. It’s quick to clean and easy to carry on. The only thing I wished when I got the parcel was a note/instructions in English because I managed to put the pillows in wrongly at first.

My mini schnauzer, Bertie, was always a reluctant traveller but since I bought the car seat from L’elianne he now settles down happily and snoozes through long car journeys. We are very happy

My best purchase for my little dog. We really love it so comfortable and practical. We use it on daily basis and it’s so superb that I would recommend it 100%.

Great service and a wonderful product. Our Yorkie is so much more at ease in the car and not just that, it is also very practical as it is so easy to carry around. Thank you Carlijn!

Love our L’elianne travel bed! Beautifully made with attention to detail and the quality is unsurpassed. Shipping was quick as well. Won’t be our last purchase! Thank you ♥️

Excellent product quality and an amazing service experience. Quick and adequately delivered with a small present for the dog. Impressed!

The travel bed has exceeded both my and my dog’s expectations! It is a fantastic quality and came carefully packed. Edie can’t help but fall asleep in the car, and she has made it her daytime nap spot in the house. It’s easy to put in the car and also looks nice! The customer service is exceptional.

Super nice advice in advance. The dog bed has exceeded our expectations (top quality and stylish look).
Shipping was super fast and the packaging was very well designed 👌

This travel bed is 2nd to none!
I have used other travel beds but this bed from Lelianne is fantastic. My little 3 lb Delilah looks forward to snuggling into its soft sides. I like it because it is easy to carry with the leather handles, attaches to my car seat with the included straps, and most of all little Delilah loves it. The built-in leash keeps her safe and secure. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!

Lovely experience over all. Company was a delight to deal with and dog bed arrived probably quicker than if I'd ordered from Australia! Fantastic dog bed my fur baby is going to love it 😉

We love this car seat! Our dog is way more relaxed in the car now, he even sleeps in it. Without it he is very nervous in the car, the car seat helps a lot!

Amazing car seat bed! I got the grey one & it’s exactly like the photos on Instagram. Very good quality, soft, classy & cozy. Best option if you spend much time in car with your buddy. Highly recommend 👏🏻💗

My car seat arrived very promptly. It is excellent quality. My puppy (5 months) is restless in the car and he likes to see what is going on. The seat is good as he is near to us and has a view, but he can be restrained and comfortable. He needs a little persuasion to settle in the bed - still wanting to wander around. But once the journey gets going he settles happily in the bed and seems quite comfortable with no car sickness.

Love this car seat, my Italian greyhound does too!
Really great service, quick delivery and a quality product!

My dog hated dog rides, didn’t stay in the back, moved around unsettled and cried the whole time. After purchasing this car seat, she now sleeps in the back. I left it on the floor of my apartment for 1 week before using it in the car, so my dog would familiarize with it. It worked perfectly! Highly recommend it.

My dog loves his car seat😍 he actually use it as bed when I have it inside my apartment. My dog also don’t like to drive cars, but is more relaxed in his car seat. He actually can lie down and take a nap in his car seat while driving - before he did that after hikes if he was really tired.

So worth it! Beautiful, elegant and top quality. My dog loves it and doesn't want to get out of it. What I love most about it is how multifunctional it is.

Firstly Carlijn is superb, tracks the order, is communicative and supportive. Then the product - beautiful and well designed. Lots of thoughtful touches and great product. Very happy and the dog loves it too!
