Just came off Iona cruise and on coach 3 heading back to Glasgow first driver was amazing, second driver stopped at gretna services. then told my partner off, for being outside under the shelter with my six year old son. ( Just getting fresh air )Saying she is cruel for subjecting my son to the bad weather and should have stayed on the coach. Then when me and my 10 year old daughter tried to board the coach in the bad weather, driver refused to open door and gestured for us to get even more soaked and walk around to the offside of the coach to get in. Driver really needs more customer service training or maybe a job where he doesn't need to mix with people. Stinking attitude from this driver!!!!

Went to bosworth hall hotel with leons we were late leaving .which seemed to through the whole day out .the coach was not the standard I have been used to. we use Leon's often we found it uncomfortable which is a shame but the tour and hotel was really good and it was an excellent price

I rang them up yrstetday about a holifay she didnt ssem to be helpfull and friendly she said she would ring back no one did bad service

we have just returned from the Yorkshire Cannon Hall Farm trip the bus and driver were great the hotel chosen very good the food and staff were exceptional and the excurtions great. I would recomend it to anyone

We paid in full when we booked our holiday approximately 7 weeks before we were doe to travel. 3 weeks before the holiday my husband was taken ill and admitted to hospital. 2 weeks before the holiday he was obviously not going to be well enough to travel .I rang up Leon's and asked not for a refund but to see if the date could be changed to next year at some point. I was told NO ! that I would have to loose the holiday, the staff I spoke to were very rude and had no empathy for our situation at all .Avoid this company at all costs .

I've been on a few holidays with leons and all been pretty good,the only comments i have to make on long haul trips, is the seating on the busses and ano where enough leg room and when i ask other people they say the same, don't know if it's greed on makeing more money or what but i will not be useing them again if it doesn't change,it a real pitty because the drivers that we've had have been fantastic, but any future bus travel i use will have to have less seats so more leg room which means more comfort

We booked a holiday, one of many, with Leons. We booked the holiday because a part of the holiday was what we wanted. We got a letter from Leons saying that part was cancelled. So we cancelle. Leons refused to refund because of their t&cs stated they are allowed to do this. To me it means you may not get the holiday you booked. I am taking this case to the trading standard. Will never book with Leons again.
