This company is a farce. It’s a scam. Beware. You can’t get a hold of them when you need them. Before I talk to from this company originally, heard, who I was sad not interested and hung up. Beware beware beware

Received emails settlements were consensual; however none with my approval (I replied via email NOT giving consent) and Level One proceeded to engage in agreements. No communication from them in this regard.

After I sign my notary , no lawyer ever reach out to me I never got a welcome packet and three months later after I called your office and got a lawyer number that should of been assigned to me.The lawyer didn’t know anything about me or my case. Didn’t even know my name after I gave the company already $3,600, This is completely unprofessional and I would like a full refund

Up until a week ago these folks were great. However, now they are in incommunicado. emails are not answered, the phone just answers and hangs up. This is worrisome. Am I going to need a lawyer to deal with my lawyer. What about all of the cash I have paid.
It get worse> I just checked their BBB and Level One's rating has been dropped to "F" as in Failed. That's as bad as it gets. The BBB reviews are terrible. HERE IS THE TRUTH:
Federal and State Regulators just shut them down.
And it keeps getting worse. I requested that Global Holdings close my accoun and refund my money. Out of $2400.00 paid in they said I have only $47.07 as all of the rest went to "FEES". Fees before service. They are a Cabal of thieves and crooks.

I try to reach out to company and there is no answer.Phone is disconnected from the representative that signed me up.Been a client since June pay $394 every two weeks and see no results.Might contact a lawyer if they don't reimburse me.

The woman I spoke to was very nice, genuine, and very professional

I have been in the program over a year now and I need to contact them regarding my account but for the last 2 weeks the phone recording states that they are closed.

They are not who they say they are. Do not utilize them. They are false and do not dispute anything. They take your money and disappear. If I could rate zero I would!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars; your program is that good.

The staff was very informative and explained the process of how it worked and told us if we had questions to contact them.
Everyone we spoke with always listened to our questions and assured us they weer there to help us.

Do not put it off another day. Get in touch with the lawyers at Level One immediately. You will not regret it.

I have been in this program for 7 months so far and I can see things are starting to move in the right direction. I have settlement offers and others in progress. I love the job they are doing to help me be debt free .
