When I had issues making a payment or had queries, the Level One staff was always helpful. Excellent law practice with a professional, approachable, and kind staff.

My concerns about money were greatly reduced after completing Level 1 Law. It has been easy thus far, and I am able to make my regular plan payments at this time.

Level One Law has been easy to communicate with, keeps us up to date on what is going on, and always there to answer any questions we may have. Greatly appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.

I just got a few services from this company as listed.
1. Have multiple phone calls that are about lies.
2. Sending a notary to my workplace, make me sign over 100 pages for Froud.
3. Keeping my money for months in their account.

I had 2 conversations before writing this review.
I am going to try all my options to receive my money back. Reviews, lawyers, press even hold a SCAM sing in front of their business.

I recorded last conversation talked to Ms. Angela and her supervisor Mr. Rashon
They nicely said that they can’t help. They need to protect their company. So here we are.

They didn't do any services other than make me sign paperwork.

They take $4752.24 in 6 mounts, and they want to refund $369.55. I am not accepting this amount. I lost my work, my credit score, my mental health and probably losing my home.
I believe there are some laws and good people stand up against these scammers.

This is the biggest mistake in my life to trust this company.

Great communication through the process and commitment to working the program

I was called twice and asked the same questions for the same transaction that had not been cleared from a previous dialogue. This occurred during the holiday season, right before I was about to leave on vacation. It was upsetting to find out that I owed money as a result of a settlement in addition to the money that I am currently paying to the company; but more upsetting was that the company didn't seem to know that I had already been contacted. This how interaction has caused me to distrust my decision to have them settle my accounts.

For me, enrolling in a debt reduction program was the only way to get out of my financial bind. When I phoned Level One Law, they were very helpful in answering my questions regarding the debt relief program and did not pressure me into making a decision right away, which I greatly liked. They have been supportive and sympathetic throughout everything that is happened.

Would prefer and appreciate response to email communication which is non-existent.

I can see that I am on my way to becoming debt free. I have faith in you that you will continue to help me this New Year. Thank you.
