Sadie from LG was superb…went above and beyond when she rang me back twice as system errors on telephones. An unenviable & awful process was made really simple and we were put as at ease straight away.

I spoke to Tyler, and he was extremely kind, really pleasent to talk to. I was really new to this and still shaken up after my motorcycle accident but he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what would happen next.

He was calm and really helpful. im grateful for the way he handled it.

I can honestly say I have never experienced better customer service in my life. From the moment I reported my accident through every step of the process, the experience was outstanding. If you are lucky enough to have Izzy Stuart as your handler, you will not be disappointed. She was incredibly sympathetic, explained the process so clearly, and consistently followed up to make sure everything went smoothly.

Hello, Last year had an incident, contacted my insurance broker and the transefer me to Lancaster Gate Assistance. After picking up my bike and delivering first time a hired bike with flat battery they made a second attempt. Then the troubles started- they tried to write off my bike despite had a minor damages and it was still running. Offering me ,,market value'' validated by them which was not even close to a price of motorcycle same class and condition. This is easier for them instead of rearing the bikes so never do a business with them. One more thing-As per thaer phone assistants they are NOT DEALING with personal injuries which leaves you of dealing on your own!!!

Great service. Easily understandable, much help

I talked to Dan on the phone and he was really helpful, calling only a couple hours of submitting the claim and he was really professional and efficient. He helped guide me through the process of making a claim, as I am just an 18 year old that had their first motorcycle incident. Claim is still ongoing, but I've got my full trust in their team.

Had a dramatic accident on the road and Dan who I spoke with was very professional and helped me with starting the process, he is a credit to the team.

It weas very easy to navigate the options on the phone, I was then put with an excellent agent called Sadie who was very pleasant to talk to and really helped me to understand the processes that I needed to complete. She was very clear and made me feel supported. Thankyou Sadie.

This is my first time ever having to do something like this so I was very confused at first but Ethan who I was talking with today was very polite and helped me understand everything I needed to and was very patient which was very appreciated.

Very poor service told me to get my moped fixed still waiting for them to pay me left me no money for food rent or gas and electricity and every time I talk to them its a different story

Sadie accepted my claim offered me a hire vehicle and great assistance gave me pros and cons of each option and really broke everything down I wasn’t sure of
