Fantastic service from Denis – highly recommended!
I contacted Liberty Locksmiths when I had a problem with my lock and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. Denis was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He responded quickly, attended within a very short time and immediately put me at ease.
He was extremely professional, friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain what the problem was and, rather than simply replacing everything and charging more, he looked at the best and most cost-effective way of fixing it.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was left working perfectly. Denis is one of those tradesmen who clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about giving customers a good service.
Friendly, professional, reliable, honest and reasonably priced. You really couldn't ask for more. Having read the other reviews before contacting Liberty Locksmiths, I can now completely understand why Denis gets so many 5-star reviews.

Excellent service.replied immediately and was at the back door within half an hour ..diagnosed issues with front door and then gave us the price which was in the ballpark park ..he opened stuck front door and repaired and replaced and now the door is good as new …great work

As well as being a gentleman, Denis is the consummate professional. Turned up on time , quoted a price and stuck to it even though the job was more involved than first thought, he also made adjustments to the door which he didn’t need to. Can’t recommend him enough

It's taken me all this time to get used to having a properly functioning door lock!!!! Having struggled with a front door lock for years and recently almost getting locked out I called Denis who quickly fitted me in. He quickly identified the issue and quickly fitted a new lock as per my requests. All very efficient. The lock works a dream and I thank Denis every time i use it!!!

Very professional and efficient service from this excellent locksmith. This is the second time I've used his services and have been delighted each time. Reasonably priced as well.

Came to us after a theft and changed all the locks. Used before to also sort another external door. Always efficient and friendly. Wouldn't use anyone else.

What can I say. Excellent service. Contacted them as my key was stuck in the front door. Dennis was out within 30 mins as he was in the area. The door was fixed with the hour and no need for new keys either. Excellent price and such a friendly guy.

Denis was excellent. Responded to my email for a non emergency call out within 30 mins and was here the very next day. So friendly and helpful and a great price. Delighted I can now use my front door properly instead of it slamming all the time!

Would highly recommend Liberty Locksmiths! I will be saving the number and passing it round to anyone who needs it. I had reached other to 2 other locksmiths, first one quoted £300 and the second one initially responded but then ignored me for 5 days. I contacted Liberty Locksmiths and the man was out within 30 mins, fixed the issue in 5mins and the fee was much more reasonable than anyone else I had been quoted. Great service!

Arrived within 30 minutes of my call this evening and repaired my broken door lock. Fully explained what had gone wrong and aligned another door whilst there. Very friendly and efficient service and I am a very happy customer.

Our patio door lock failed and through recommendations made by others on the Burnside residents Facebook page, we called Denis, Liberty Locksmith Ltd.
Denis answered call personally, first time. He said that he was in the area and would be with us within the hour. He turned up within that time and quickly identified the issue as a broken lock mechanism. He provided a price and said that he carried this part in his van. He then replaced the part, realigned the doors and the job was completed within 30 minutes. Fantastic service, fair price and prompt response to initial call. Denis is pleasant and chatty and I will have no hesitation in calling him again and recommending him to others.
