Excellent service and prices

Excellent service and prices . I will definately be telling friends family and colleagues. I will also use again. Delivery excellent , informed to the hour expected.

Quality control in packing

My rating is low because the item arrived damaged and from the packaging it was hard to believe that this happened in transit. The boxes were resealed suggesting that the item was a return. Customer services offered a refund but no replacement or repair option is available. I knew this lamp was discontinued as I tried to buy it elsewhere and I want it to match my wall lights and a ceiling lamp in the same range. So I’ll probably keep it if I can source replacement parts and risk a repair which will involve opening a sealed unit. Really this lamp should not have been sold at full price.

Exactly as described

Exactly as described, well packaged and good delivery time, especially with the Christmas/New Year holidays.
Saw the exact same light in store and on other web sites at more than twice the price.
