Great product, price & service

The light I was sent was made up of crystal droppers, of which one was missing (they have agreed to send another). After assembling and fitting it to the ceiling, I found that one of the bulb holders was not working. I was asked to send the whole light back, so they could return it to their suppliers for checking. One would have thought it should have been checked before it was sent to the customer.

All 5 cups where broken plus the bracket that fits to the ceiling was bent it looked to me as if it was a return

No problems, item was ordered and it arrived in good time. Very nice delivery man as well makes a change when they can make conversation rather than just grunt!

Not a good experience. Ordered 3 lights and was told they would be delivered in 2-3 days. Was then told (after payment) that 2 of the lights were not in stock. I cancelled them and was refunded. The remaining light was sent out. The bulb holder was misaligned. This was returned and replaced. The next light was marked. I kept this rather than continue with this farce. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent product. Really impressed with my fisherman lights as they are well made and look really nice in my lounge. Would recommend.

In my opinion, my overall shopping experience with Lighting Lighting was really good since it was easy to navigate through the website and when it came to placing an order, I was totally stress free. I was informed about the process of my order via e-mail and was absolutely elated with my product when it arrived. In conclusion, I would recommend this company to many out there purely because of the service they provide.

Fast efficient service from paying on line to delivery.
Lights have yet to be installed so unable to comment on quality or lighting ambiance.
One very small negative is i have been unable to find written instructions for type/size of bulb although wattage is shown.

The product was the cheapest quality plastic I could have imagined and looked like a toy light. A huge disappointment. Delivery was good but customer service on ordering left much to be desired.
