Previously coming from "the biggest aquatics retailer in the UK", I had quite a disappointing experience trying to get a Juwel Aquarium with the other company and was hesitant to order with lincs.... もっず芋る

Great service, excellent communication

Ordered a water feature from this company. The service was great and communication about the product and delivery excellent. Really impressed about the care they took to make sure the product was delivered promptly in good condition.

Absolutely brilliant rang back every


Absolutely brilliant rang back every time they said, sent prices quick, loads of help and advice on design and specifications of products, can not fault them well done.
Wish more companies were as good on service as lincs Aquatics they could learn a lot.
I have another pond to build I will be using them again brill.
P.S also delivery really fast and on time.
