The curtains I ordered never arrived. Contact with the company a complete waste of time. Reported them to trading standards via citizens advice. Why is this website still up?

The customer service stinks
They take your money and then do not dispatch the goods. I have chased my order more times than I can remember but no response it is clear that once they have your money they could not care less! Read the other reviews this company gives others a bad name and they could not care less.
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Awful company
Placed an order for a coverless duvet on 11 August. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I chased and was told it would be looked in to. Heard nothing so chased again. This time I was told it was still being processed and they would get me an update, again heard nothing. Chased a third time and was told they was waiting stock from manufacturer which had been delayed by another 4-6 weeks as the ship carrying the container was going the long way round as ships were being attacked. Had enough and asked for a refund. Company didn't confirm my refund request and didn't receive refund. I left it a week and chased refund. No reply. Chased the following day and was told order had been cancelled and the refund request had been passed to accounts. Refund never arrived and I finally gave up trying to deal with this shambles of a company and went to my credit card provider for a refund. If you want to waste your time and money, order from them, but if you don't, I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. How they remain in business is a mystery.

Ordered some bedding on the 9th of July…
Ordered some bedding on the 9th of July and they sent the wrong size , which I have tryed to resolve and they don't have the decency to email back ! Phone number is no use as no one ever answers so I have lost 65 pounds !. Do not order from this company , don't even know how they still have a business !!!!!
Did not receive my goods. Shocking customer service
I bought my bedding on 30th August and even after contacting the Director about my undelivered bedding on the 9th September and again on the 10th (having not received an answer). I still have not received my bedding. Or even a reply to my second email. I’m now £85 out of pocket.
A very disorganised company
I have had to escalate my dispute with this company to a claim with PayPal. I ordered goods (21/08/24) but later had to email Linenfields to ask for confirmation of my order, which I received. A week later I messaged them to ask what was the status of my order and managed to get a response - they were looking into it. After more emails from me they informed me that they did not have my item in stock and did I want to choose a similar item with a £10 discount. I asked if they had the same item in a different pattern but I have not heard back from them. The original order was four weeks ago. They are completely disorganised and seem to have no automated communication systems in place.
Extremely poor service
Order took 7 weeks to arrive. Credit card was charged when order was placed.
Only able to communicate with company by email. No reply on telephone number.
Often no response to email queries.
No communication from company regarding any issues with delivery of order - only occasional responses when we requested information.
No tracking available for order despite asking for this - it appeared out of the blue one day!
Company need to significantly improve their communication & customer service. Honest answers regarding issues with delivery
Do not buy - avoid at all costs
Do not buy, not only do they propose to have stock they don’t carry but also take weeks to respond and still haven’t processed a refund - luckily I purchased through my credit card and they’ll be dealing with these people
Lovely seat cushion
I received my seat cushion one week after I placed my order. The tracking process was very good. Beautifully made and lovely natural fabric in a pretty William Morris print.

Quality blanket
I purchased a beautiful merino wool king size blanket from LinenFields; a superb British made J,Atkinson Merino wool fresh off the loom by AW Hainsworth in good old West Yorkshire. The wonderful quality of the satin bound blanket was made even more attractive by the price which was the best I could find after quite some search online. Staff at LinenFields were extremely helpful and answered my queries promptly so I am very satisfied customer who would certainly be happy to approach them again for quality blankets. From my experience, I would definitely recommend this family business to all looking for quality and price.
Avoid
I had a very bad experience with this company. Frankly, I don’t know how it manages to stay in business. Very poor customer service. Told twice my order had been sent out, when this was obviously a lie. I don’t understand why it continues to take orders which it is manifestly unable or unwilling to fulfill. The only point in its favour is that it processed my refund efficiently. If I could give it no stars, I would.
Avoid
I can’t recommend this site. I’m still trying to get a refund from an order in April. It is now the end of June.
When I put the order in there was no order confirmation. When I followed up I eventually got a response to indicate that they didn’t have any in stock and I was offered something else which I didn’t want. When I chased to get a refund they stopped responding.

Did not receive order or have reply to my multiple emails. No answer on telephone.
Now had refund.
Only reply I had was via Instagram.
Linenfields said they had not received any of my emails although I used email address on website. Same as email address on Confirmation Email that states, 'please reply to this email if you have any questions'. Also, Linenfields states, they had been waiting for new stock and was sorry it had not been communicated.
My original order went astray
My original order went astray, and customer services sent a further item tracked and it arrived the next day. Brilliant service
