ik heb de litelock x1 gekocht voor me cyrusher Aura 52v 15Ah omdat het een opvallende agressieve e-bike is die graag gewild bij de dieven de slot voelt stevig aan en heeft een aangename geur en is makkelijk om overal mee te nemen daarnaast is de klantenservice super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en voordat en nadat je het hebt gekocht kleine toevoeging: naast dit gebruik ik ook een art 3 ketting slot ik heb lekkerlijk van een afstand in de balkon amsterdam centrum gezien dat er dieven waren die geïnteresseerd waren in mijn fiets maar gelijk afhaakte toen ze die slot zagen bij me achter wiel zagen geen idee hoe bekend dit x1 slot is maar dit geeft mij wel meer vertrouwen in deze slot om zorgen loos door amsterdam te reizen

I’m a critic and I tend to find fault in everything but I must say this company has been one of the best delivery products I’ve come across. It’s not much more than that but reliability is key. In terms of quality yup definitely up there

Exceptional customer experience, ordered the wrong lock, flagged it via their email contact, within 15 minutes they had it sorted with a new order placed, return raised and it was delivered within 24 hours of me raising the exchange request. This team are highly responsive- very fair- seriously fast at turnaround and it was a seamless experience…now that’s a masterclass in terms of how to run a business and taking the customer experience to the next level - oh and the product is a seriously high end quality piece of kit.

Thought I had an issue with delivery but turned out to be a false alarm. That said, the response and helpfulness from Ben on the customer service Dep't was brilliant. Communication was excellent, professional and the issue was sorted with no fuss.

"I have lots of large U locks, small, very high security (New York) padlock types, VERY heavy duty chains and cables - I was a self-employed bicycle mechanic! With my new Honda Supercub it’s important that I am able to securely lock my bike whenever I go out, to the shops, the cafe or poking about. The Litelok X1 comes with me on the back of my seat and gets used EVERY time I park up, even if I’m not stopping long and my bike is in view - it’s very easy to use and the soft coating doesn’t damage the paintwork. My only regret is not buying the longer version and it would be nice if they came with three keys."

Great lock all round but the shipping time was too long for my preference, I was waiting about 2-3 weeks.
Also do no recommends using this lock to lock it underneath the bus as the vibrations ruin the rubber, didn’t even last a day so I’m quite disappointed as it’s quite expensive.
Had no other issues but it’s aesthetically ruined

I ordered both a Core Moto 125 and an X3 Moto to use on my BMW R1300 GSA. Deliver was very quick, arriving within 2 days of ordering.

The locks/fittings are quite substantial and well made.

I use one of these on the front wheel whilst using a X3 Moto on the rear wheel.
The Core Moto looks the business. It is a great deal lighter than my old Monster Chain. It can feel a bit unwieldly at first, but it's fine once you get used to putting it on.
The X3 Moto is easy to use, it is relatively light and easy to store in the panniers or top box. I added an orange spiral cable to remind me it is fitted.

"I have been riding for many years and over these years there have been locks that have come and gone. As a motorbike rider, we all work hard to get that dream bike, the one we had a a kid and want nostagia or the dream super/Adventure bike that puts a smile on your face each and every time we get on it... I have been fortunate to live in various locations in the UK and sadly, one of the issues we all share is that when we come back to our bikes we all expect to see them intact and where we left them. Sadly we have all experienced the devistation that thieves have done to others bikes out there as they try to steal bikes.... Sadly this has not always been the case... Most locks look good but when put to the test, they fail and or make a mess that you then have to pick up.. I have tried disk locks, chains and lever locks to try and stay ahead of the thieves that seem to think that your pride and joy is theirs and they can do what they want, when they want. After a lot of deliberation, I gave in and pushed the boat out on a Litelok X3 Moto... Yes, the cost was a large pill to swallow, BUT.... Wow, what a lock. This lock in on a totally next level. The quality is stunning and to start with, I struggled to get this through the spokes and through the disc as it is a "Beefy" unit of a lock. After playing with this and the angles, I managed to get this to fit the KTM 1290 SA. Why oh Why did I not get one of these earlier??. In the past I have had to look for parking places that are "Out of site" to try and help keep the bike safe but now know that with this lock I have complete peace of mind my pride and joy is safe.. I use this a part of a multi security system on the bike knowing full well that if this is eyed up by a potential thief, they will see the X3 and go and fine a easier target or realise that if they try and "Hsve a go"... They will leve themselves exposed and run a far higher level of being interupted or getting caught.... Why make yourself a victim and have to pay more with your insurances etc, because someone wants what you have... You worked hard for your pride and joy.... with the X3... I am going to keep it... Thank you Litelock.... A perfect solution to a potential problem... "

It doesn’t fit over the wheel / tyre & too big to go through the disc . Check all your measurements before buying
My bike is a 2007 1200 bandit running standard wheels & tyres

Very heavy duty and well made. Finally found the best place to secure on the bike (Harley Sport Glide,so odd shaped wheel struts) through front wheel and brake disc rotar. Very pleased indeed with my purchase,recommended!"

The lock fit perfectly with the forks between on the Himalayan 411. Nice and smooth locking / unlocking motion which makes it easy to fit and lock especially in the rain.
