Few things: fault, size and customer service issues.

A working version of the dishwasher would be great. Bear in mind, I bought mine as I'm time poor. It has an E4 fault, and I was following the manual to fix it. I then contacted customer services as it is consistent, and have been given a weirdly long new process to follow to send the documents to their engineers. I don't know when I will have the time or headspace for this, so it's annoying.

The dimensions of the dishwasher advertised are also a bit misleading. Once the drainage pipe is on the back, and has enough room to not be knocked out of place, it means the depth is longer. It was also my mistake of overlooking the fact of the external fill-up tank needing to be stored somewhere when not in use as my surface area is compact.

The customer service email is pretty slow to reply. One of my asks about delivery wasn't answered, and I haven't been able to get through on the phone yet. I get that this is a young small company, though the service doesn't seem to live up to the cost of the products.

Ordered the Capsule in an “October pre-order” campaign so I was expecting the unit by the end of the month. No. January. Communication from the firm was very poor. I had to ask for updates. Very disappointing and minimal compensation for the extended delay.
I’ve had the Capsule now for a couple of weeks and I’m pleased over all. It’s larger that I expected (even though I measured before ordering) but given what the unit holds the size shouldn’t have been a surprise. Very easy to use. The set up is idiot proof. The unit runs well and is very quiet.

We are pleased with the product and will assess its performance and durability over time. However, I would appreciate improvements in the delivery process; it took a week of communication with the delivery provider to resolve an issue where the parcel was lost.

Very happy with washer. Really cleans well even on quick wash.

Due to my stupidity I had problems getting it working. The help desk was extremely helpful and the problem was solved. What a terrific product!

Good communication from loch and delivery team. Sturdy build quality and good design neatly fits on the worktop. Also purchased the additional tank and would recommend if you are not near the sink or drain.

The dishwasher is great! The fruit and veg wash function is brilliant and useful! And I know regularly put my phone in for the uv sanitation.

Took a while to receive but when arrived I was very happy with dishwasher

The website is very easy to use and is full of all the necessary information about their dishwasher, in order to determine whether their product is ideal for you.
I love my little dishwasher, as a disabled person, it has taken away the chore of standing at the sink.

Stay away from this company!

I bought Loch Capsule as a gift for my elderly father who lives a lone and has back pain when doing the dishes. I wish I did not! What a grief to deal with this company! @Loch if you are reading this. I it with pain in my heart that I am writing this, but if you don’t change your service I hope no one will have this much grief of buying from you!

First the dishwasher arrived in May with a broken base. After emailing and waiting (they take a month or two to reply and there is little info on the website), I got an email with a Chinese instruction video of a disassembling the bottom part, then I had to test to see if there was a damage beyond the bottom shell. Luckily there was no damage to the machine. After emailing back and forth in June they promised to ship a new bottom shell. In October I did not receive anything yet, so I emailed them again. This is their reply:

In response to your inquiry about the bottom shell, we've confirmed with our team that it may be quite fragile during shipment as it will be coming from our warehouse in China via air freight. While we ensure the safety of our spare parts, it's essential to note that shipping a new bottom shell via airfreight carries the risk of potential damage during transit.

With that in mind, we kindly ask if it's feasible for you to glue the bottom shell instead of us sending a replacement part. We are truly committed to our environmental values and appreciate your consideration of this aspect.

And as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $5 partial refund. It's a small gesture to express our gratitude for your support and commitment to our shared environmental values.//

So I paid €349 for a product that arrived with a damage and they are offering €5 and the suggestion to glue it together?

Then in October, the display and the pump started to disfunction. I emailed them again but there is no reply and now we are on the last of December.

In conclusion: a great idea, a cheap and poor execution and no service to support people like me who love to support start ups and sometimes they wish they did not!

I was really excited to find a small dishwasher that could be plumbed in, instead of being connected to the faucet! I have this installed under my sink and it works great for a small household!

Product does not work. They sent me a used a broken unit. I emailed and I am supposed to be sent a return label and new dishwasher. I m concerned I will not receive it before I leave for Florida for the winter. Feel like Loch does not care.

I love my Loch Capsule! It thoroughly washes my dishes in 15 minutes. I don't mind washing my dishes, but there are 2 reasons I love my Loch. First, I love that it sanitizes my dishes with super hot water. I have hard water, but the rinse aid and the hot water in the Loch prevents hard water spots. Love this! I was devastated when it stopped working after 4 months of use, but support accurately diagnosed my problem, sent me a replacement part and it is perfect again!

After an initial error on my part, the shipper refused to ship to the RV resort I’m staying at for work. Had to cancel and ship to my house, took a bit of driving but worth it in the end. Fits perfectly next to the sink in my motorhome. Very convenient to use and quiet.

I got the waste water container after realizing the machine was larger than anticipated for my RV to fit where I wanted it to plumb it. No worries now! No leaks, works perfectly, quietly and it’s saving my time and limited sink/counter space! This is an outstanding product that’s well designed.

The dishwasher arrived in great condition, and was slightly wet inside. I assume it was because it was tested before being shipped. The top of the case was not inserted properly into the side at the back, but it hasn't affected performance. I've been using it daily since getting it, dishes are nice and clean, and I have also used the fruit and vegetable rinse, and the UV sanitizer and it all works great!

On the 28 August i wrote a review using trustpilot in the hope Loch electronics would react and i would be able to talk with them about the two dishwashers i paid for but never received because they dont answer emails nor having a working telephone. Reading the reviews it seems they still "exist" becuase they react on some of the good reviews but dont answer the bad reviews. I dont know what a possible customer could think about buying from a electronic company with the following address: 5 South Charlotte Street Edinburgh Scotland EH2 4AN ( this address is published in their own webpage). Please check this address in google maps: it doesn't look like a company building and less where they build electronics, but worse: NOT ONE SIGN OF LOCH ELECTRONICS...
Besides: No aswers to emails..

Does this company exists??
I still hope somebody from Loch electronics will react and give clear answers and send the two units i paid for.

Sadly there is no possibility of giving a zero star rating to this crowd who took money from backers, promised refunds and have never delivered. There are good mini dishwashers already on the market - I wish I had bought one of those instead of backing a company who could not even get the measurements of its product right, could not ship the product and have not delivered on their refund offer issued in November last year.
