Speak to John. He's one of the best letting agents I've ever worked with. Very efficient and very effective in finding the best deal for you. I've rented twice with him and really appreciated the honest and direct communication. No faff and no roundabout shady negotiations which was refreshing.

Great agents, very responsive and quick when things went wrong whilst I was renting through them. The team are friendly and easy to talk to. It makes renting so much easier when you have efficiency and that’s definitely what London Estates have. Thank you!

London estates team are everything you would want from an estate agent. We have mainly dealt with John and he is the loveliest guy out there. He helped us out when our landlord refused to do so. I’m very grateful for his and London estates help.

I have been with London Estates since April 2020. John and his team have been excellent while renting out my property - other Companies have been knocking on my door to take my property on but I am very happy to stay with London Estates. My other half and her brother are both with them so that speaks volumes - there is so much add value we get from London Estates than just viewings and the contracts written up - can't recommend them enough.

John and his team have done work for me over the last 10 years or so. I have found them refreshingly candid and always quick to respond. Advice given is honest and straightforward and they don’t seem compelled to tell you want they think you want to hear as so many other agents do. I consider that as proper valuable professional advice which is what I want. John is scrupulously trustworthy and he has always helped me in times of urgent need. I have no hesitation in recommending London Estates.

Having recently moved to London, we had all sorts of bad experience with other agencies. Unlike many other agents we dealt with, John genuinely listened and showed us exactly what we wanted (if not better). I’ve been a landlord for more than 20 years, but the last six years I’ve been only using London Estates. They are the best. I’ve been with all the big famous chains before but my experience with them has been awful as they just employ young people and they have a high staff turnover.

But London Estates are an independent, local agent with many years experience. It’s the same people you deal with year after year. They’re in it for the long term and rely on repeat business. So this is the best place really to go to for all your needs. They have an excellent network of tradesmen and are up-to-date on all the laws and requirements regarding sales and lettings.

And the best part is that they are significantly better priced than all the big chains, by far. I am extremely happy!

John went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my flat in Chiswick. Him and his team were brilliant from first step til the last and they didn’t feel like the major chains of estate agents which can be pushy.
