John made life really easy. It was time for me to move on from my previous place. When I met John, I took his number and he took the time to find out the kind of place I wanted, my circumstances, salary, etc. Then some how in the worst rental crisis since London was a Roman fort he managed to find exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford!

John was incredibly easy to deal with and didn't waist my time with things I didn't want to see which was amazing and really went a long way to building trust.

When I found a place I wanted he told me exactly what was needed and from there everything was easy and painless. The people in the office where incredibly easy to deal with, polite and prompt. They sent me out everything I needed guided me through the whole process and made everything smooth, easy and painless. If you're looking for a property I cannot recommend them and John enough.

Couldn’t recommend John and his team more! They recently helped me with the purchase of our family home and went above and beyond in every way. John was available at all times when I needed advice and really provided a bespoke service to us that we haven’t been able to find from the larger chains in the capital. The whole team were attentive and knowledgeable making us feel as relaxed as possible when moving forward with the purchase. We will definitely work with John and the team if we decide to sell in the future and would fully recommend any of their services.

My wife and I own an extensive property portfolio in West London and have never wanted to switch from the three agents we have always used, the service was good, and we were happy - until we met London Estates.

John and his team Sold us a one-bedroom apartment and offered their services to rent and manage the property as they knew it was a buy-to-let.

If buying from them was a great experience, once we agreed to allow them the chance to find us, tenants, I soon realized what our portfolio had been missing all of these years - they were super diligent, knowledgeable, creative, hardworking beyond belief, and kept us updated all of the time.

They now rent and manage 18 of our properties, and I wouldn't ever use another agent - nothing is to much trouble for these guys.

Best agents in London by far. Extremely knowledgable and very efficient at getting the best outcome for all parties involved. I’ve bought, sold and let flats with John and the team and would highly recommend their professional but plain speaking approach.

I've been renting with London Estates for over 9 years now and by far have been great every step of the way. Any issues we had were always instantly resolved. I'm so grateful for their impeccable service. Can't recommend enough.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by London Estates. I was rented a messy and worn apartment that was not at all professionally cleaned. Despite my thorough domestic cleaning of the apartment to a higher standard than it was presented to me before I moved out, the agency kept my deposit for a professional cleaning fee. This is completely unjust and an unacceptable way to treat a tenant. To make matters worse, I was even emailed by the agency stating that I had to clean the apartment to a professional level, despite the fact that the apartment was presented to me in a dirty condition with human hairs on the carpet and other stubborn stains. This is a complete breach of trust and I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They have shown a complete disregard for their tenants and their responsibilities.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of accountability from a letting agency. The fact that they kept my deposit for a professional cleaning fee when I had already cleaned the apartment to a higher standard than it was presented to me, is completely unacceptable. It is clear that the agency did not properly maintain the property and instead, chose to pass the responsibility onto the tenant.

Additionally, the agency displayed a complete lack of consideration for their tenants when it came to replacing broken blinds. Instead of providing adequate replacement blinds, they chose to install paper-thin blinds that did not block any sunlight. It was even reported to us by the handyman who did the repair that the landlord refused to pay for anything more expensive than what was given to us. This is a clear indication of the agency's lack of concern for the well-being of their tenants and their properties. It is not only inconvenient but also dangerous to have inadequate blinds in the apartment, especially during hot summer days.

To add to the list of grievances, the letting agency also refused to fix the major holes in the floor, despite my repeated requests. These holes not only caused a safety hazard but also allowed huge spiders to roam freely in the apartment. The agency's reasoning for not fixing the holes was that the spiders would always find a way in, which is not only unacceptable but also unprofessional. This lack of action not only put the tenants at risk but also showed a complete disregard for their duty to provide a safe and habitable living environment.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by London Estates and I urge others to think twice before renting from them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for the well-being of their tenants is unacceptable and I will be taking further action to ensure that my deposit is returned to me.

Highly recommend this professional agent. They were influential in negotiating a very problematic sale of my flat and conducted themselves with integrity, professionalism and extreme care and attention to my needs, delivering a satisfactory outcome. You couldn't place yourself in better hands.
