As a long-time customer of London Lash, your feedback means a lot to us, and it’s especially upsetting to hear that the Easy Fan lashes did not meet the quality you’ve come to expect. This is certainly not the experience we want for our clients.

Issues such as lashes coming off the strip are not typical, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further with our quality team. So we have now reached out to you via email so that we can properly investigate and work towards a suitable resolution for you.

We truly value your support over the past year and a half and want to make this right.

As mentioned previously, we investigated this matter carefully and can confirm that no duplicate charges were taken by us. In some cases, banks may temporarily place an authorisation hold when a transaction is processed. This can appear as an additional pending charge but is not collected by the merchant and is typically released automatically by the bank after a short period.

We also attempted to contact you several times following your review, including via email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Without being able to connect with you directly, we have been unable to investigate your delivery concerns further or provide the support we always aim to offer.

Providing excellent customer service is extremely important to us, and we always do our best to support and resolve any issues our customers may experience.

If you are still happy to do so, we would really appreciate you getting back in touch via any of the channels we previously used so that we can look into this further for you.
