The firm is well knowledgable about HMO and any other licences. They have always given us useful advice and we will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional advice related to HMO requirements or Rent Repayment Orders. I used the firm for several occasions for a few years now and I found them to be well informed about Licenses needs in any Boroughs in Greater London. I appointed London Property Licensing to assist me with my application for an HMO Licence with Enfield Council. Both Richard and Michelle were extremely helpful and very professional. Richard attended the property to assess what would be required and provided me with a full comprehensive report which guided my builder/workman on the work to do. Following that I finally received the HMO License and I was extremely happy with the service provided. I would happily recommend (and already passed on Richard’s details to another landlord) LPL to other landlords.

We had an extremely helpful 30 minute advice session with Richard Tacagni. We only recently found out through the LPL newsletter that Islington Council are introducing an additional licencing scheme from 1 February. Applying for an HMO license is to put it politely a bit of a minefield. You can choose to step on a mine which potentially can cost you money or even worse or you can work with Richard and his team. In only three days I went from anxiety and ignorance to submitting a professionally written and executed submission. I cannot recommend London Property Licensing highly enough. Professional, fast , calm and detail orientated.

Richard was exceedingly helpful in his intro chat giving us a wealth of information on the HMO process. We would highly recommend him if you are unsure where you stand.
