Richard and London Property Licensing provide an excellent service - real experts in what is a very confusing and complex area. Clear answers to what I found to be a very grey area - saved us lots of time trying to figure stuff out with the councils!

Richard is a very calm, thoughtful and specialist writer when it comes to explaining the Local Councils any trivialities of the Housing Act 1998 and Housing Act 2004 issues.
