Jennifer helped me a lot during the purchasing process. She was willing to answer any of my questions promptly and professionally.

Jennifer managed to get herself into a dispute with neighbours over parking. As a result, she wrote in her report that the neighbours were aggressive and that parking conflicts were commonplace. When challenged that her one-off personal experience did not really belong in a property survey she became very defensive and went to great lengths to say that she was duty bound to report any such problems Interestingly, the altercation did not even take place in the immediate vicinity of the property being surveyed but rather in a neighbouring street! The tone of her responses (to me) were rather aggressive and very defensive. She also pointed out, in no uncertain terms, that I would be in breach of contract if I were to share her comments with anyone other than my legal representative. Looking at another review, it would appear that there may be a pattern to her behaviour.

The house we are buying was 150 years old and therefore we wanted a level 3 report. The idea for the report was not only to identify really serious issues but also to give us a “to do list” to work on when we actually own the property. Lotus Surveyors price was competitive and already had good reviews.
The report was excellent, very detailed, scary but exactly what we needed. It not only included information from her knowledge and expertise but included some information from personnel experience that was very helpful. We had a couple of follow up questions for which Jenny rang us back, was very patient with us and took time to explain further.

I engaged Lotus Surveyors for a Level 3 Survey on an old and "difficult" property and outbuildings.
II received excellent service, the reports arrived ahead of schedule, were detailed, informative, thorough and had the right amount of reality concerning what was discovered when surveying an old property. It was clear that Jennifer and has an affinity for older properties and the vendor commentated as such as well. Graham was most helpful in managing the process. Overall excellent service.

I am not the 'client' of Lotus but I am the owner of a house that Jennifer has surveyed.

Jennifer was very rude and abrupt with myself and my partner making us feel very uncomfortable. Jennifer was very vocal about previous clients and talking very negatively about them and their children. While going around the house Jennifer would be walking around saying "why, just why" about certain aspect of the house loud enough for us to hear but then saying it was confidential as the report was not for us leaving us very confused and uncomfortable. When I have tried to contact Lotus about the service was made clear that we was not their clients and we did not receive a service. Clients or not there should have been a professional standard withheld and this was not the case.

I cannot praise lotus enough. Excellent price, amazingly fast service from them in getting the survey completed then sent out to me very quickly. When I had questions, they called me back and talked me through everything that was in the survey. Very friendly, very easy to deal with.

Perfect delivery from the team. On time and detailed report, something to expect from a team of proffesionals.

Excellent, precise, and honest advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to first-time buyers or experienced developers alike. A special mention to Graham and Jennifer, who gave us an honest and precise investigation of our potential property. Well done!

Pleased i found Lotus Surveyors Great customer service. Jennifer the surveyor knows her stuff very good and detailed report got the results within 24 hours plenty of photos of problems things I hadn't seen when looking around the property unfortunately I am not proceeding in buying the property still looking but will Definitely use Lotus Surveyors again

The surveys were thorough, giving us the understanding we needed when purchasing properties. Both reports were quickly sent and Lotus were happy to talk through any issues raised. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again.

I spoke to the surveyor who gave me great advice and guidance on a survey that I had. The surveyor was very knowledgeable abd knew the regulations/laws inside out. I would highly recommend.
