Trying to get a viewing seems impossible and this agent doesn't call back. They promise to call but never do. I'm really disappointed as I want to buy in this block. I wish the seller hadn't used this agent. There was also unclear information as the Rightmove advert says they've had an offer but the guy I spoke to said it had fallen through. I asked if that was because the offer was too low and he said yes but it's still written on the advert!?

Your agent told me the sale had fallen through because the offer was too low. Your Rightmove ad says you are still accepting offers because you had one at 105k. That's far too low for a flat like that. I hope your client knows what you're doing!? It doesn't explain why I never received a callback and was told misinformation....

This agent has now called me and given further information that doesn't make any sense. At the end of the conversation he asked if I would now delete my review!! Not impressed..

Called to enquire about property got unclear answers, asked if I could speak to some else as maybe it was unclear as to what I was looking for to be told I was speaking to the owner. Enough said move on it seems they're more image conscious than delivering a proper service.

They are unprofessional and unethical. I called them yesterday to arrange a viewing. The person started asking me very stupid and kind of racial questions like where are you from, in country which region you are from, do you cook masala and curry Indian dishes then you need to pay extra insurance for the kitchen because it smells .blah blah. Later I called them again to confront them because I was very angry. They wasted my time, energy as I took break from work to arrange viewing. They said that it was director who talked to me and he himself told me that they wanted to spend free time. Please avoid these people at any cost. I cancelled my viewing with them as they are really very unprofessional.

After expressing my interest, the team quickly arranged the viewing, kept in touch in the lead-up, and were present and professional on the day. Communication was clear and efficient throughout. I’d be happy to contact them again for any future property viewings.
