Love them

Love them. Opening the account and adding the other services (mail forwarding, scanning, etc) was super easy. The location in central London is great. Opened my account on a weekend thinking that I will have to wait until Monday. Could not be more wrong, They called me on Saturday and we have done all the paperwork together.

Excellent first class service

Excellent first class service. I reviewed a few providers and I chose Low Cost Letterbox due to their fair pricing and slick website. Their customer service representatives are very responsive.

Fast and Attentive

I was somewhat skeptical about a company with this name but they are very responsive and so far have always had someone available on their instant chat. The website is clean and simple to use.
