Ik ben technieker, ik ben in het bezit van miniserver, relais extention en dimmer extension… ik moet twee relais vervangen op de miniserver, de software is zo ingewikkeld.. ik ga alles wegdoen.. ik heb Chinese relais module geïnstalleerd in 2016 bij een klant en nooit problem gehad, kanten klare software en app.. geen ingewikkelde programmering

**Disappointing Performance and Unjustifiable Costs**
I’ve been using the Loxone system for a while now, and frankly, it has been more frustrating than helpful. The biggest issue is how **slow the system connect to the server** to commands. Every time you open the app, whether it’s for turning on the lights, opening a gate, adjusting the thermostat, or even controlling the blinds, there’s often a noticeable delay. It’s not uncommon to find myself waiting several seconds, sometimes up to a minute, for the system to respond. This might not sound like much, but when you’re used to other smart home systems that are nearly instantaneous, it feels like you’ve stepped back in time.
This lack of reliability makes the whole experience frustrating—especially when I just want things to work smoothly, as you would expect from a high-end smart home system.
On top of that, the system is unnecessarily **complicated to set up and modify**. Unless you stick with the same subcontractor who installed it, good luck making any changes. If you decide to switch providers or update the system, you’re going to face **extreme costs**. The way Loxone locks you into working with specific subcontractors is a major financial burden. The system is expensive enough on its own, but the moment you try to change anything or hire someone else to handle updates or repairs, the prices skyrocket. It feels like they’ve built a system that traps you into their ecosystem with no flexibility.
To make matters worse, Loxone doesn’t offer much in terms of intuitive support or easy self-management for users. Every tweak or adjustment has to go through their network of installers, making what should be a smart, convenient home system a constant source of **inconvenience**.
For the price you pay, both initially and in ongoing support costs, this system should perform flawlessly. Instead, it’s sluggish, over-complicated, and incredibly **expensive to maintain** if you ever want to change or upgrade anything. There are better, more responsive, and more user-friendly systems available at a fraction of the cost. Save yourself the headache and avoid Loxone.

Vendeur hors la loi, qui refuse le délai de rétractation de 14 jours obligatoire dans l'UE que le produit soit déballé ou non. Matériel commandé suite à demande si ça pouvais sonoriser des escape game, ce qui n'est pas possible car ça ne peu pas jouer plusieurs son en même temps sur la même enseinte, sauf s'il y a juste une simple musique sans trigger d'effets sonores !
Je cite le support : "Comme indiqué par téléphone, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de reprendre des équipements déballés (sans considération de date, car votre demande est antérieure aux 14jours), cela est stipulé au moment du passage de commande. "
Ce qui est totallement illégal. Plus de 1000€ de commande, heureusement la banque nous propose un chargeback au vue de l'illégalité de la clause de retour.
EDIT après réponse : Retour accepté exceptionellement ? ok merci mais c'est la loi, donc ça n'as pas à être par bonne volonté ou autre car de toute façon nous aurions fait un chargeback.
L'article 16, point (i) : Ce n'est PAS du tout un logiciel ou audio video (sous entendu sur support DVD / usb ou à télécharger) commandé mais du matériel soit un miniserver + audioserver + alim 24V, donc il n'est pas dans les exceptions à la loi.
Je retirerai mon avis quand vos conditions seront en accord avec la loi.

We are a small electrical contractor that have installed our first Loxone system in a very large house in Glasgow Westend Area. This project was a 2 year install with the Loxone system controlling almost everything within the house from outside car chargers to music, lighting, heating, shading, gate access and so on. The system itself is very good and programming is quite in-depth for a project this size. Loxone's UK support in London have been a massive help to me as they can remotely take control of your laptop and check out your programming. I was like a rabbit in the headlamps at first with the programming but the London team where so patient and understanding with me. Believe me I must have made over 100 calls to these guys. If there is a smart home or office that you are looking for, I would highly recommend Loxone there system can control anything.
I would just like to say a big Thank You to Sarah, Theo, Niko & my new best friend Brandon who I have spoken too the most, These guy's are the best UK support team you will ever meet. Massive asset to the Loxone family.

Loxone as a manufacturer is reliable and offers a huge variety of options for a smart home. I both live with the system and install it and I and all my family love it (and several family members now have it too).
The industry is relatively new, and many sole traders with no prior experience of control systems are jumping into the market. Do your research, ask questions, and get a feel for the person doing the work, just like with any other service.
You can absolutely end up with a beautiful system that works for you and your family, is reliable, and easy to maintain.
They send spam emails without me having ever subscribed to them. I hadn't even heard about Loxone before receiving these emails.
The unsubscribe link in the emails has no effect.
I must say not a very good system. I regret putting it in my house, very unreliable and very difficult to use. Wish I used Control4 or something with a better track record
I've had Loxone installed in my home for almost a year now and have had no issues. I did my research on the company, and had my installation done by an installer whom I reviewed & trusted to complete my system. Seamless control of climate, lighting, and temperature monitoring.
I feel that as long as you do the research into who you're getting to install your system, Loxone is a great all-in-one fit for the home :-)
They do not stand behind their products when issues arise.
I have had Loxone installed in my home for the past two years and it has been brilliant. I recommend all my family and friends to look at having Loxone installed. I love the amount of control I have over my home. Automatic Lighting makes life so much easier, the intelligent heating control makes my home so much more comfortable!

Luisteren niet naar je, onderbreken je en willen je zo snel mogelijk naar iemand anders verwijzen.
Erg jammer, want we waren hiervoor zeer tevreden met onze Domotica in huis.
Unsurprisingly, there is no secondhand market for Loxone kit - what a truly awful system:
1) A user must PAY Loxone installer £400 +VAT per day to get an installer to make changes - or you can pay a subscription of £50 per month - JUST TO TURN YOUR HEATING ON AN OFF!!!!
2) You can only configure it on a PC - not on the app, and not a Mac.
3) Loxone Help dept take an hour off at lunch time!!! So pray your heating/hot water/alarm etc.etc. don't break down during an inconvenient time for Loxone.
