Do not buy from this company, I ordered from them and they provided tracking information for Royal mail and it stated that Royal mail was expecting it. It stayed the same for 6 days and after 2 emails sent to them asking where the package was I had no reply. The 3rd Email I asked for a refund and told them I was reporting them to trading standards and surprise, surprise they answered back quickly to inform me that they have refunded me. An absolute joke of a company. Customer service non existent until threatened.

Wouldn’t give them one star, customer service is non existent sent 3 emails for refund and still no response wish I’d read these before purchasing from them! Don’t buy from them their jewellery is cheap and tacky.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered a neck and wrist chain for my partner, the neck chain was far too short so I asked if I was able to exchange for a longer size, which they agreed to. The original purchase was sent back, since then I have sent multiple emails asking when they will be sending the exchange to no avail. Absolutely disgusting level of customer service and have lost out on a big chunk of money. Do not order from here

Ordered the 12mm cuban set came within 2 to 3 days from buying online i love the jewellery its says its 18k gold filled but no stamps to say what it is hopefully it is real filled gold

Good choice of designs and quality for the price. Had to wait a few days for an email response to a query I had, but they answered professionally and we're spot on for their advice.

I was in a rush and put the wrong address on my order. Contacted the team and they got it sorted quickly and got the right address on my parcel. Jewellery was delivered, looked amazing and they sorted it all out for me perfectly!

Customer service is shocking. Never received parcel and never received a reply. They also attempt to cancel bad reviews by getting trustpilot to ask for evidence 11 months later so that they take it down. I would never purchase from this company again

Ordered from here a few weeks ago. The ordering process via the website was smooth. I ordered the 9mm Cuban chain and bracelet, which is stunning. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

I brought a boxing glove pendant the chain was quite small on my neck. So had to exchange to a bigger size only issue was they don't do free returns so had to pay to send the item back other then that im very happy.

Received the 27mm Cuban Chain and Bracelet as a birthday present and it's very good quality and looks expensive. There's a lot of variety in the pendant designs and so have already ordered a few myself for the gifting season!

I ordered a cage chain set the quality was good I did pay for fast delivery but it did take 2 days to come.

Purchased an xxl belcher bracelet order #6455 and it’s became brassy and tarnished and only worn an handful of times. Emailed the company and received zero response so now I have to go down the visa disputes path. Don’t waste your time and money

Made a purchase and wasn’t what we wanted. Contacted via live chat to return as per website info. Took over a week to reply. Managed to return the product within the 14 day period. Luckily tracked delivery and they signed for this return on 09/09. Since then no refund has been processed. Have sent numerous emails and messages via live chat and still nothing. Awful company, clearly scamming people of money, no product and out of pocket! Avoid with all costs. Reporting to trading standards.

Shame we can’t 0 star. Dreadful. Discolours and promise a replacement then ignores all emails and never sends replacement. Avoid these clowns need reporting to trading standards
