The luggage was just what we ordered, but we will not use it for another two months. It took over two weeks to get to us even though it was in stock when it was ordered. We could not use it as planned for our last trip. Disappointed in luggage online.

Called and spoke to a representative in the customer service dept. I was needing a piece of luggage sent to me in Florida and it was going to be time sensative. She checked to make sure the luggage I wanted was in stock and could be shipped in time. It was and she told me that if I ordered that day, it usually ships out the next. I went ahead and ordered. I was really surprised to recieve an email the next morning letting me know it had been shipped. Now thats service...

I Purchased the Blue Quilted Circlet Set for my husband's birthday (August). So when we travel, he can put his belts in the large one and some accessories in the small one. I have a set (Red) as well, I love them. They are sturdy and when my suitcase is packed I can find them easily. My husband is always looking for his belts either in the suitcase or in the hotel dresser drawers. This will solve the problem.

The particular case I ordered seems either very scare right now, or extremely expensive where I did find it. I was pleasently surprised to find it both in stock and very reasonably priced at L.O. The order acknowledgement, shipping duration and frequent status updates were some of the best I have experienced. The item was in expected new condition and works properly. No surprises, other than there were no surprises. Highly recommended.
