Sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the quality of our items. We see that you ordered one of our crochet bikinis which are our best sellers. They are all handmade and of premium quality so it is unfortunate to hear that you don't think the quality corresponds with the price as the detail is very intricate and they are very well made.

We do state on the delivery page on our website that there may be extra customs costs payable depending on the value and your country. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for these charges as they vary widely from country to country.

We have looked into this for you and see that this was due to an incomplete address. We have had it returned back to us twice now as it seems that your address is incomplete. We are waiting to hear back from you with your correct address so we can send it out to you again.

Your address was missing the street name so your parcel could not be delivered. We responded to you in a very timely manner to try and help resolve this. We received your package back and emailed you to notify you of the incomplete address and are awaiting your response so your package can be sent out to you again.

We do state on our website and in our returns policy that returns take approx 7 - 10 working days to be issued once we receive them back. I have checked and your refund has been issued now.

I have checked your order and see that it was fulfilled and delivered on 8th April, shortly after you wrote this review. All customers are automatically sent a dispatch email once their order has been shipped. I would advise checking your spam folder as it could have gone in there.

Hi Federica

Unfortunately we had issues with a new courier we were using due to the postal strikes when we sent out your order and it could not be delivered due to an issue on their part. This is highly unusual and is not typical of the service we like to offer. You have been refunded for this order in full as it could not be fulfilled.

We are now back to using our regular couriers so this should not happen again. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are struggling to find your order details but we can assure you that we would not have sent your order with standard delivery unless there was a reason for doing so if you paid for UPS express shipping. It may have been that you live in a remote area as deemed by UPS so there was an extra surcharge to deliver to your area. We always email customers to notify them of this and then give them the option of standard or express delivery if there is an extra cost, as well as refunding them for express delivery if we do not send it with this service.

We always reply to emails and deal with issues in a timely manner. Please feel free to email us with your order number if you have still not received your order or refund and we will get this resolved for you.
