I ordered a birthday present on April 13, nothing happened. 3 weeks later I sent a mail why it took so long and got something like : yes, we are waiting too but it is coming. 2 weeks later still no product and also no update. After mailing again I get same response it is on its way to warehouse, it will be there next week. Well, that was last week and I still don’t have the product ! This was a birthday present which is way overdue now and except for some lame excuses, no action whatsoever from this company. I have ordered from them in the past without issues, but this is ridiculous , never again.

Never ever, planed delivery was two days ago ( 10 Days ) and the ordered thing isn‘t sent yet (DHL link) . I want my money back and claimed in Paypal a problem! Wrote an email an no answer! I dont need this anymore because it was a birthday present and the birthday is over and the damn thing isn‘t sent anywy!

Bought the Black python boxing gloves, as birthday gift, and extremely unhappy with them.

1) On the gloves there were black stripes all over the wrists as if badly painted.
2) The overall colour is absolutely not what was advertised. As if the gloves were stored under the sun for 5 years and got bleached few tones.
3) The Python print on one of the gloves is smudged.
4) Customer support never replied to my email if this was a factory defect.
5) For the price they charged + shipping, product is positioned as luxury, but in reality it does not feel and seem that way.

Consegna e articolo ok, purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa per la cura, infatti l'interno della confezione è rotto e considerando che si tratta di un regalo questa cosa mi infastidisce non poco.

Nadat een gekocht product onverhoopt kapot ging, fantastisch en snel geholpen door de klantenservice. Binnen een week had ik een nieuw exemplaar in huis. Snel, klantvriendelijk en correct geholpen, waarbij ook suggesties voor de oplossing werden aangedragen. Super klantvriendelijk!

A distanza di 5 giorni non ho ricevuto il pacco né notizie perché il tracking non è funzionante e questo è inammissibile

È un bel coltello con cui io cucino con più facilità e un gran piacere. La consegna è stata arrivata in tempo come c’era scritto. Non posso dire più niente,e spero che questo coltello rimarrà per tanto tempo.

Non ho avuto una brutta esperienza ma non posso dirmi neppure pienamente soddisfatta. La scatola si presenta bene, è bella, ma i bicchieri e la bottiglia si muovono troppo all'interno nonostante gli scomparti separati. Inoltre se acquisto una cosa del genere mi aspetto un foglio con quanto mento la descrizione del prodotto, punti di forza e come assaporare al meglio. Spero possano essere critiche costruttive.

Ridiculous company and customer service. They send the wrong golf glove, but instead of simply correcting their mistake, they decide whether you’re even allowed to return it, and then charge you €5.95 for the return. On top of that, you have to place a whole new order instead of them just sending the correct item. Completely idiotic system.
