Lyca Mobile has completely failed me
Lyca Mobile has completely failed me. I paid $180 for a 12-month plan and Iâve had nothing but problems. Iâve contacted them over 100 times. Iâve called 3-4 times a day begging for help and no one has resolved my issue.
Because of Lyca, I canât contact my workmates. I canât reach my doctor or family. A phone that canât make calls is useless.
This is the worst customer service Iâve ever dealt with. $180 wasted. If you need a phone that actually works, do NOT choose Lyca Mobile. Iâm leaving as soon as I can.

Ich habe eine eSIM Karte mit entsprechenden Tarif gekauft und scheitere wiederholt an der Registrierung. Ich habe verschiedene GeÀrte, Browser und Möglichkeiten zur Registrierung probiert und nichts hat funktioniert.
Der Support ist so unterirdisch. Ich habe mir schon gedacht das ist eine betrÌgerische Webseite. Der telefonische Support hat sich geweigert eine Ticket aufzunehmen. Die Ausage war, dass sie das nicht können.
Die auf der Webseite gelisteten GeschÀfte in meiner Stadt gibt es entweder nicht oder haben nichts mir Lycamobil Registrierung zu tun. Die Hotline meinte dann ich soll ihm eine andere Postleitzahl nennen, damit er mir andere GeschÀfte nennen kann.
Somit ist Geld weg und ich kann die SIM Karte nicht nutzen. Am Montag geht eine Beschwerden an die RTR raus.
ErgÀnzung: nun will der indische Support die Email Adresse die ich fÌr die Id Austria verwendet habe, aber dort verwendet man keine Email Adresse. Der österreich Support schreibt andauernd ich soll es weiter probieren.

We buy your esim and spend 1 hour to register the new esim with all options of official documents (Austrian passport, Austrian ID, US driver license) but it does not work at all. The system does not accept any of these documents.
