We have taken a look into the ticket we have on the system where we can see you have not responded for 6 days, I can see Micheal was asking for images of the Cap you received to get a replacement sent out to you. Het spijt ons enorm om te lezen dat u deze ervaring heeft gehad. Dit is absoluut niet de service die wij nastreven en die onze klanten normaal gesproken van ons mogen verwachten.

Wij begrijpen hoe frustrerend het is wanneer een retour niet correct wordt verwerkt en wanneer er geen passende oplossing wordt geboden voor een product dat zo snel een defect vertoont. Zeker wanneer u hier al meerdere weken contact over heeft gehad, is het erg vervelend dat dit nog niet naar tevredenheid is opgelost.

Wij nemen uw feedback zeer serieus en willen dit graag persoonlijk met u oppakken om samen tot een passende oplossing te komen. Wij stellen het op prijs als u ons nog één kans wilt geven om dit recht te zetten. Ons team zal contact met u opnemen, of u mag ons ook rechtstreeks benaderen zodat wij dit zo snel mogelijk kunnen afronden.
