The product was perfect, had a little issue with delivery but that was due to Evri not the company. They were speedy and were helpful with their response. Would definitely use them again.

Awful customer service. Parts missing and an inability to read emails. Product was poor and no reflection of what was advised. I'd seriously avoid and look elsewhere as this company have no regard for the customers and are unwilling to contemplate refunds. Basically it's theft..

Really bad customer service, got my mother in law a sign for the garden which has fallen apart, they now tell me that it’s. A year warranty when I’m out by a week or 2 . Wouldn’t recommend or ever buy from

I recently made my first order for the acrylic hearts as a Christmas present for family and when it arrived I was blown away with how beautiful it was the photos really don’t do it justice! Its stunning 😍 I also realised after placing my order that I had missed some wording out and a quick email later and it was all sorted, so if your thinking of making a purchase I really can’t recommend them enough!

The service was fantastic, contacting me to ensure I’d be happy with it. I purchased a Christmas wonderland themed train sign for our first Christmas as a married couple and it is beautiful.
