I ordered my 1st ever ordered and it won't be my last... I ordered a Christmas street sign with our name on for our 1st Christmas as a married couple.. I can't wait to order more personalised things great fast service

We ordered a new sign for our house name. The selection offered was great and completing the personalisation on line was easy clear and very quick. The purchase process was smooth and felt solid and secure.
Our order was acknowledged swiftly and progress was notified to us by text
When the sign came in good but not over the top packaging- it was easy to attack to our front gate. It looks splendid.

Ordered a plaque for our caravan and a family organiser for a Christmas present. Both were just as I expected.... Good quality. Packaged well and delivered within the timescale as per text message and email.

I have been a big fan of the company's products and finally took the plunge and ordered 3 signs - one free standing Christmas sign and 2 street signs. After I had placed the order I contacted Tanya with a query about the wording I had selected. Tanya responded quickly and courteously.
I received my order quicker than expected and they were all great - thanks so much!

I suspect all is well with this company all the time that all goes to plan - after that, terrible , awful, customer service. Avoid like the plague.

I realised through my own fault that I had chosen the wrong wording on my sign. 2 emails later and it was all changed. Delivery was on time and product was of great value. My friends and I love it

I received half my order after 8 days, contacted mwlas and was told the rest would be dispatched next day. 7 days later, nothing!
I'd suggest you look for an alternative supplier.

Ordered a family planner over a month ago and have still not received it despite payment being made quickly!
5-7 days for delivery - waited 10 days before getting in contact and was told my parcel was sent via Hermes.
Emailed back after waiting the time that was asked by MWLS after they contacted Hermes and originally asked to be refunded but as I was informed that another could be made and sent via Royal Mail I agreed for another one to be sent. I have still to receive the new one! So again I emailed to ask where it was. I had no confirmation to say it had been posted etc. I was told it was posted the day before and I would receive it before the end of the week. The end of the week has arrived and still nothing!!
The reason I haven’t given one star is they do reply to emails quite quickly but I am still annoyed I have paid for something a month ago and still haven’t received anything!!
Oh and emails asking if you’d like to buy other things! No thanks I’m still waiting on the original!!

Highly recommend I ordered a present for my mum which was the outdoor sign I was extremely impressed I can’t wait to see her face on her birthday and I will certainly be ordering from yourselves again the delivery was also very fast

I ordered from this website and got an incomplete jigsaw piece. There form must have not been working correctly that day and they did not add two names i put on the form. They claim it was not there. They refuse to rectify it. They have been most unhelpful. The customer service i received left a lot to be desired.
