Déjà 2 mois de retard pour un container
2 mois de retard pour la livraison d'un container.
Départ le 18 Janvier, il était prévu d'arriver le 4 Mars au début, puis il est sans cesse retardé depuis, a changé 2 fois de bateau depuis l'arrivée sur les côtes européennes. Nous somme le 5 Mai et le container n'est toujours pas au port de déchargement!! Pour une petite entreprise comme la mienne, les effets sont désastreux financièrement. Et quand on demande une indemnisation de retard, ils font la sourde oreille!
A fuir comme compagnie maritime. En 10 ans, j'ai jamais vu ça avant. Dernière fois avec eux!!!!!!

Irgendwelche schlecht angelernte und demotivierte Leute sitzen irgendwo auf diesem Globus, ohne Verständnis der INCOTERMS oder was "Customer Service" bedeutet. Ich könnte mich hier noch lange auslassen, aber das ist es nicht der Wert. Einfach soviel: VERGESST MAERSK. Wenn ihr logistische Unterstützung benötigt, dann holt euch diese von einem - Achtung jetzt Maersk - "Dienstleister". Wortstamm Dienen und Leisten. Beides bei Maersk absolute Fehlanzeige.

Absolute joke of a business
What an absolute joke of a business. Maersk may be the 2nd biggest shipper in the world but this will be largely down to having to use as a necessity rather than a shipper of choice.
Shipments stuck in Romania since 3rd January and absolutely no response to e-mail requests for info or movement for more than one month. Customer Service at Maersk is shocking. That said, having worked with some ex employees of Maersk, I really shouldn't be surprised at the poor service level provided.

Never use maersk if possible
Don't bother ever using them if you want a parcel delivered. Super unprofessional, they don't try to take any of the blame for the problems they face. I ordered something from Amazon UK on February 25th, and Maersk sent it to my lastmile carrier in the wrong COUNTY. They then had the audacity to say that an attempt was made to deliver the package but it failed

Eric the driver is a bully
I have never experienced such rudeness to the point where I felt threatened by a driver named Eric who never called an hour prior as arranged and shouted at me in a very aggressive manner when I questioned him. Nothing about this delivery went as promised and I don’t appreciate being cussed and yelled at for expecting someone to simply do their job. I will never accept a delivery that is said to be coming from Maersk again, regardless of which vendor I purchased from. This was a very upsetting experience.

I have never been so offended as I was by a driver named Eric. He did not call an hour prior to arrival as promised, then left me in the dust with a heavy, damaged item perched on the last few inches of an overhang (which was supposed to be carried into the garage). He would not stop the truck, and when I called him, he cursed at me and was very rude and offensive. I thought I was being polite to him (which he didn't even deserve) and when I asked him to come back down the street and take the item inside as originally agreed upon, he hung up on me. I don't have much faith in a company that would hire this kind of person. It's a shame that people think it's OK to treat others this way. VERY disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I received a delivery from Maersk freight company from my local Lowe’s store. The driver Eric did not follow the protocol for delivery instructions as promised by Lowe’s. I was literally 90 seconds behind him on the SAME STREET as the delivery & he refused to wait for me to arrive. I was coming from across town and luckily I left early because I didn’t receive the call or I wouldn’t have been there at all. They were supposed to call one hour prior. Eric was yelling & rude. Wouldn’t let me speak as I was trying to ask him to please just wait a minute or two. He left large badly damaged item & drove off. I called him back to refuse the item & he proceeded to scream and yell profanities. Wouldn’t listen to anything that I was saying, Had he only been kind this whole scenario could’ve been different. Furthermore, could he have used common sense to see the item was damaged and to wait and see if perhaps we wanted to refuse the delivery. I called the company to make a complaint. They were very kind, but I could tell they intend to do nothing about it and I’m sure this man will continue to treat customers and act this way on behalf of MAERSK freight. It’s very unfortunate because I’ve never had a problem with Lowe’s.
Once again they came out to my house…
Once again they came out to my house with a different crew, this crew barely spoke English, they were not able to install as I had paid for, and then they began mocking me and cursing me in Spanish, thinking I didn’t understand what they were saying.
Poor, Deserves Negative Stars
Bought new TV from Sam's Club, Maersk seems to have won the cheapest bid with Sam's and it shows. Maersk is Terrible! Maersk - They only care about bidding low, then forget that the customers and shareholders own the company!

THE WORST SHIPPING LINE. Simple. Do not use them.
They are absolutely hideous to deal with, their services and communication is totally disjointed as they have representatives dotted all over the world dealing with operations in other countries, noone seems to know what they are doing.
When you have an issue you cannot have a dialogue with them, as they will not entertain reasonable discussion and tangible evidence. E.G invoice queries. They will simply say they do not agree, no explanation, and then hold you to ransom to make you pay them for something that hasn't happened. I could write a book on the absolute shambles of this giant entity that are simply a money grabbing, bullying, robotic, faceless business that really needs to be held to account.
An in depth inquiry is really needed to see the amount of suffering and incompetence Maersk inflict on their customers.

Maersk offers low-cost shipping services; however, their customer support is severely lacking. The organisation within the company appears disjointed, with emails and complaints often going unanswered. Some emails take weeks to receive a response, while others are ignored entirely. Additionally, their website has technical issues.

Totally useless. Waiting for approval to gate in 2 containers . Unable to get an answer from their customer service team in India . Ask for a supervisor , can not transfer you , they are all off !!!!
They are 100,000 + employees working for Maersk , unable to get anyone to assist .
They asked for a lot of extra work on these 2 exports containers such blocking/ bracing/ securing. Funny to say , receiving similar cargo from India and none of them are lash / secure , block , brace , etc

Horrible company for deluvery
Horrible company had a delivery signature required and daughter was home all day they didn’t even bother to deliver. NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART WHO USES THIS COMPANY!! 14 days we’ve waited for delivery and still do not have it. No supervisor to speak to, don’t deliver on weekends and now have to wait an addditional 3 days until Monday. Very frustrating customer care sucks
