UPDATE: LIED TO ALL DAY LONG WITH 3 PHONE CALLS I MADE TO THIS JUNK COMPANY TODAY ALONE. SAT HERE FOR 11 HOURS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO EVER BE DELIVERED!!!! THEY STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE AND HANG UP ON YOU WITHIN 30 MINS OF THEIR SCHEDULED CLOSING TIME. THEY DON'T DELIVER ON WEEKENDS SO I HAVE NOTHING FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS AT MINIMUM AFTER WAITING 2 WEEKS ALREADY. USELESS, LAZY COMPANY PERSONNEL ALL AROUND. I'D GIVE ZERO AS A RATING IF I COULD. Bought window coverings through Lowes. Half of my order was shipped with this CRAP company. NO call, email, or text to let you know delivery day. I had to call Lowes then Levolor to find out this CRAP company was doing the delivery and was given a FEW DAYS that it would POSSIBLY ARRIVE. I contacted them to find out the status of my shipment. Then I'm told the window for delivery is TODAY FROM 7AM to 6PM!!!! WHAT???!!! The useless customer service girl said she'd call me back in 10 minutes to give me some idea and NEVER CALLED BACK!!!!!! It's raining here. I bet they'd either not deliver at all or just leave them in the rain if I wasn't sitting here ALL DAY WAITING for them.
Horrible company
Horrible company. They lie to their clients and can't do anything. My cargo was supposed to be delivered 20 days ago. They have already postponed the delivery day 3 times and lied to me that it was all because of weather conditions, although I look at the map and see that the ship that was supposed to deliver my cargo the first time is already in my country. I highly recommend not using this company if you value your nerves and money. SCAM
Awful carrier - Avoid!!!
Awful carrier. Delayed schedules, bad exchange rates, changing routes delaying arrival of boxes. Cause no end of issues, will not use this carrier again, I recommend OOCL or EVERGREEN.

Our suppliers send international shipments through Maersk. There are always complications with demurrage, container delays, invoicing issues, same day haulage issues, system issues. The whole group is bureaucratic and difficult to resolve our issues. unreliable part of our supply chain and i would not recommend to anyone. difficult to book deliveries, their delays make it so you have to reschedule last minute, but rescheduling last minute is hard because there is a disconnect in the system. they need paper trail but their system does not create a trail for customer service to locate our requests. redundant system. they invoice incorrectly and we get harassed by their finance team who have no idea what has actually happened to the consignment. the customer service say that it should be sorted and that we would be credited, but the finance team credit and then reinvoice us for it. speaking to anyone on the phone is a hassle and things dont get sorted because they say no email trail is an issue but their emails are unresponsive. we have been dealing with them for years and they have got alot worse in the past year.

Beware! Never order from anyone that uses Maersk! Driver comes in unmarked white box truck, sits in front of house, NEVER acknowledges person standing on your porch whom took off of work to accept package for Grand daughter’s birthday, then drives off when you do not answer his Potential Spam call while you are at work. CS insisted he knocked on my door. Camera just shows my husband on porch. Ridiculously unprofessional, which is extremely obvious from their reviews. I should have been able to put no stars & my Grand daughter agrees as she did NOT receive her present because of this company.

A TV I ordered through Walmart was supposed to come 4 days ago, but there's been no TV and the location on their website hasn't changed in days. I called the "customer service" number and left my number on their automated voicemail. No callback in 7 hours and counting. Horrible company. Why does Walmart deal with them?
This company is a nightmare
This company is a nightmare. Apparently the corporate office sets up pick up times and then the local office decides they can't pick up the item as scheduled. But do they call you? Nope! I had three different days that they scheduled me for a pick up only to sit around and not have anyone call or show. Each time resulted in spending more wasted time trying to find out why they hadn't picked up the item. I was finally promised it would be picked up on Friday (yes, you guessed correctly, they didn't pick it up). But they finally came on the fourth scheduled day and picked up the item. I hope I never have to use this company again.
I ask my supplier „please don‘t use MAERSK“

Worst delivery company I have ever…
Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in my human existence. I ordered a mirror from Neiman Marcus that I was supposed to receive over a month ago. Not only were there terrible logistics on Maersk’s end but to top it all off, they shattered my mirror.
I had to reorder the same mirror which was supposed to be delivered between 11am-3pm today. I was out of town so my friend kindly enough stayed at my place to await this mirror. I called twice throughout the day to ensure this mirror would come because like the first time around, I just had a feeling that I wasn’t going to receive it. I was told that there was a delay with the driver and I was to receive it at 4pm the latest. Sure enough 6pm rolls around and I still have no mirror.
I called again, this time outraged at the fact that this company is the most unprofessional one I have come across. After sharing my experience with the manager - I was told that I wasn’t the only customer that was disappointed that day. I told him to spare me the details of their logistics, that I don’t care about that as a customer should never have to care about that because that’s their job to do!!! And the manager told me “I know you don’t care because you think you’re the only person in this world”… super professional right?
Do yourself a favor and spare your energy - get another shipper if you have the chance.
Maersk Delivery is Abysmal
Maersk was the third party company contracted to deliver a washer and dryer ordered from Lowe's. We're a family of 6 who has been doing without for a week. I received a call from the driver, Andre, when we were next up for delivery on their route, which is not unusual as we live in a rural area without 911 addresses, and don't appear on Google Maps/GPS services for most things. I offered to provide them directions over the phone, which were very very simple - a smooth highway, one exotic, and two right turns. The driver did not want this and requested a pin, which I sent. They asked if a church down the road was near ans I said yes.
I get a call from the Lowe's delivery coordinator about 10 minutes later asking again for a pin or coordinates, which were provided to her as well.
One and half hours later the Lowe's coordinator calls back to let me know the drivers have refused to deliver per their Supervisor Megan, because it would take too long and they spent too much time trying to find the address. This is ridiculous. The drivers indicated they were out of a city that was on their way back to from where they called me, approximately 15 minutes off the highway they had to take to get back. Had they reached back iut to me I would have been MORE than happy to meet them and guide them to the address. There were multiple ways to solve this very minor issue, but they absolutely refused to try with the support of their Supervisor Megan, who was apparently quite rude to the Lowe's coordinator who tried desperately to help solve the problem.
Update October 13th:
Attempted re-delivery today, and this one actually found us, then refused to come down our driveway citing the box truck wouldn't fit. Every single other delivery company in this area uses rented box trucks, UHauls, UPS/FedEx, Best Buy applianvedelivery trucks and have never, not once, not delivered or 'not fit'. What kind of company hires drivers that can't navigate/take directions AND refuse to drive????
Order has been cancelled because this is beyond ridiculous for a 'professional' delivery company.

I called their customer service to schedule a delivery. The automated system sends you through a loop OVER AND OVER again. It doesn't matter that you have the tracking#, it'll send you in circles until it hangs up on you. Dispatch sends you to the same place. It's absolutely impossible to reach a person. Online delivery scheduling on their webpage is also faulty, hence why I called. If you have a choice, find another shipper.

THEY ONLY PROVIDE 5 DAY TURN AROUND TO DELIVER AND RETURN THE CONTAINER AS THE DETENTION COMMENCES ON THE DISCHARGE DATE EVEN IF THE FCL IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE WHARF.ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING REVENUE ON CONTAINER DETENTION,UNTIL A CLASS ACTION IS DONE THEY WILL CONTINUE TO THIEF IMPORTERS.

Har bestilt mærsk til at lave toldpapir til England holder nu i immingham og har holdt her i 24 timer og der er ikke udsigt til noget ændre sig foreløbigt . Så mærsk skal ihvertfald ikke lave toldpapir for mig igen en anden gang … der ender med jeg må sejle retur til Danmark og forsøge forfra med en anden udbyder på markedet 😤🤬😡

I ordered a chipper from Walmart
I ordered a chipper from Walmart. We had a job that was time sensitive. It has been almost a month. We have called Pilot delivery, a part of Maersk.com, several times and spoke to dispatch. We were told the chipper was coming on one date. It didn't come and then we were told it would be here on August 6th. It didn't show up. We called again and we were told it was passed to a different delivery company. That was over a week ago and we have not received our much needed chipper. Every time we've called we've gotten a different excuse or reason it is not here.
