Jeg havde set et life hack om at man kunne få en billig billet til Thailand. Alt man skulle var bare at hoppe ind i en container, og hvis man var heldig var der mad i den. Jeg er skuffet over vejret hvor regnen trængte ind og jeg var lige ved at drukne inde i containeren. Heldigvis kom der en medarbejder for at spise nogle af krummerne inde i containeren og så løb jeg ud. Jeg mistede min min mink frakke under processen og det er jeg rigtig sur over. For at gøre det værre var det så dårligt vejr at båden væltede og jeg mødte svømme ind til thailand. Det tog omkring en uge, så nu har jeg pest og feber, og for ik at gøre det nok SÅ VAR DET IKKE THAILAND. Det var Kina og jeg blev nød til at tale japansk med alle kineserne for at komme hjem.

From my and other few people’s…

From my and other few people’s experience, please think twice before shipping with Maersk to Kenya. Consider everything because for 1, they only take payments in dollars in a ksh. Currency country, you only pay those dollars in city bank and the traffic in the country is absurd.
The government process of clearing your container is another lengthy complicated situation as they take their sweet time almost like after they are done with you you’ll be readily handed to maersk to chew you alive and that’s where the turnarounds begin. Back/ forth … back & forth
They’ll take you round in circles making rules as they go by, but by the time they are done with you, you’ll be exhausted and lost all the will to live.
Think again. Maersk Kenya is not for its people is for themselves . They are like a full fed lion who’s waiting for it’s prey to muck about with before letting it crawl back to the hole it came from.
Be wary!

Forbrugerne betaler så Mærsk tjener milliarder.

Jeg syntes det er for dårligt at Mærsk har sky høje priser for fragt & forbrugerne er med til at Mærsk tjener milliarder & kun betaler 4 % i skat
Det er rent til grin mens andre dansker er spændt virkelig hårdt for.
Der burde gøre noget snart muligt

Catastrophique !

Catastrophique !

2 livraisons d'affilé avec Maersk. Résultat 1 mois d'attente avant de recevoir mon container. Les opérateurs ne savant pas ou sont les containers. Ils ne vous rappellent pas et laisse trainer les choses... c'est hallucinant et inquiétant car ce sont des bureaux en FRANCE....

Retrieved my lost parcel

A parcel of mine was lost somewhere in transit. I don't think it was Maersk's fault but the courier's. After no luck with the courier, in desperation I contacted Maersk online. Tessa O from Maersk really went out of her way to contact people, locate my parcel, and have it resent to me. The entire time, she kept me updated clearly on what was happening. She treated the issue as important, even though I'm sure Maersk normally handles large container ships and what not (so my parcel is a minor issue for them). This to me was excellent customer service. Note that the courier who *does* handle individual parcels never put in any such effort. So in Dutch 'een dikke pluim van mij' voor Maersk.

Bad at hauling away things

So Mattress Firm hired Pilot a Maersk company to deliver my new mattress and take my old one away. Both Mattress Firm and Pilot told me no wet stains. They got here and called a 10 year old period a biohazard and they weren’t allowed by OSHA to touch it so they couldn’t put it on the truck. They proceeded under Kandi Plouff‘s instructions to touch it anyways and violation of OSHA and so I reported them to OSHA and they told me they had no such rule and that I should call the BBB since their policy was not clearly stated.

They placed it off to the side to install the new mattress!

If they are concerned an old 10 year old period stain would make them sick or the other mattresses dirty then they could require customers to bag up their old mattresses like they city requires. Now I have to wait a week with an old mattress while paying the city to come pick it up! If they were honest in the first place it wouldn’t have costed me so much time, money and space in my house. Kandi also lied about OSHA to get out of doing work. Do not hire this shipping company, they employ Kandi whom is dishonest and blames everyone else for her policy choices and her instructions to the delivery crew. She also told me it was the salesman’s fault which it was not in any way! It’s everyone’s fault but hers she tells me. Horrible customer service! Nice salesman and nice delivery guy!

Pilot Maersk delivery has the worsed employees

This company has the worst drivers. Caught a driver on video lying about being at my home when he knowingly left my home 10mins before he called me. So he calls an says "im at your home but your pool has to be disassembled then I say im coming to pull the legs off so you can take it. Then he says ok . I checked the camera and saw he wasnt even ther during the call...Of course when I tried calling him back..he didn't answer....Im bout to post his but on Social media and the Pilot Maersk Co....

ROBBERS IN THE SEA

Please do not ever use this god awful company - worse customer service - ever get an email or call from Kellie Norris hang up and run - never would I refer anyone to this company they are money grabbers and they waste your time and $$$$$ - they keep your money - they make sure the waste your time so you can pay storage fees - so unprofessional and they people they hire are the worse - high management to customer service

You try to call them and can be hours waiting for them - they say call back - wrong never do - can't even have honest answers always pointing a finger - before you get people to service you EDUCATE THEM - they don't even know the cities in other countries

Betaler ikke skat, overpriser, ekstrem udbytning af arbejdskraft i udviklingslande.

Søfolk betaler ikke skat.

Mærsk betaler kun den såkaldte tonnageskat, der er en joke (under 5%).

Mærsk presser fragtpriserne så hårdt, at det går direkte ud over verdensøkonomien.

Mærsk udbytter groft medarbejdere i udviklingslande (Senest afsløret i Liberia).

Mærsk står til et overskud (tyveri?) i 2022 på over 200 milliarder kr.

Ordered a large package from Sam's Clud…

Ordered a large package from Sam's Clud on 07-11-2022. Delivery date was suppose to be 07-18-2022. Today is 07-21-2022. Called on 07-18-2022, said the package arrived. Called today 07-21-2022 and was told the package has been sitting on a dock since 07-13-2022. Can't schedule delivery through their system, contacted customer support who tried to help. Not sure what to do now, package can't track with their system. The told me the package was shipped hadn't arrived but it's been in Atlanta since 07-13-2022. Can someone please help!

IN KENYA NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they keep tossing you from officer to officer,( Called Maersk Nairobi, the refer you to Damco, get to Damco they again advice that we call Maersk, finally they stop picking calls .........they do not care whether you are doing it for the first time, kept wondering the meaning of a customer centric organisation

It's the worst shipping company

It's the worst shipping company
always they add extra charges not mentioned in the contract even after we reject the invoice they refuse to release the container till we issue the payment
also they don't send the container even we have booking confirmation
very scam company don't deal with them

I shipped a container full of cars and…

I shipped a container full of cars and perishable goods. Over $20,000 worth of goods to Ghana since February. It was supposed to arrive March.it has been delayed for 64 extra days and it's still not in Ghana. I will never ship anything with Maersk ever again.

This Maresk line is very inefficient

This Maresk line is very inefficient, they lied to you about a date of arrival and they keep changing the expected arrival date of your continer. What a shame, how can they take many months to deliver a container that should have taken a month. Lack of transparency is a major issue with them. Once they have collected your goods you are at their mercy with their bogus date change everyday. Rubbish.
