Any time I've started a chat or e-mailed Cord he gets me the information I need. He's quick to respond and genuinely wants to help.

It took me a while to bite the bullet and purchase the advanced modules, but the cost has been worth it. East to install (literally just drop in on many of the modules, and great support from the developers. Would recommend Mailbeez to anyone serious about e-commerce.

Ich habe nun schon zwei Produkte gekauft und bin von dem Service-Team, das mir als Nicht-Profi bei der Installation (FTP, PHP anpassen) hilft, absolut begeistert.

Nun laufen die Programme besser als erwartet. Ich kenne einige Plugins für meinen Shop (nicht von Mailbeez), die mehr Schrott als hilfreich waren. Hier ist genau das Gegenteil. Die Programme sind sehr einfach aufgebaut, geben aber 110% Ergebnis. Einfach genial. Ich kann Mailbeez, unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Klasse Shop, klasse Software, klasser Cord!

It took me well over a year to take the plunge and get the premium modules but I'm so glad I did! I'm writing this just 2 weeks into using it, and already my Winback and Review rates have shot up - before Mailbeez I was using a free Autoresponder for a long time. Within a couple of hours of sending out my first emails I saw a jump in Reviews and Winback orders, and it has just kept getting better.

Helpdesk responds quickly, and always solves any issues. Love all the little graphs and charts that show me at a glance how well things are improving.

I will be buying further modules that's for sure, and keeping all my email marketing to Mailbeez (I used to use one of the larger email marketing companies but that was too expensive and this serves me better, with actual meaningful Sales data, not just open rates and stats)

Wir haben seit ca. 2 Jahren das Produkt im Einsatz und sind hoch zufrieden. Die kostenfreien Module sind schon sehr gut, wir konnten aber mit den kostenpflichtigen Modulen einen weitaus höheren Erfolg erzielen. Da sich die Kosten in Grenzen halten ergibt das einen Super Kosten//Nutzen Faktor. Heutzutage brauch man einen Shop mit Aftersales, wer das nicht hat soll lieber bei ebay oder Amazon bleiben und bezahlen.

You can't go wrong with MailBeez - awesome all round

I installed mailbeez on my test environment and got it working no problems, great application easy to install and use with loads of extra plugins.

The best bit of all came when I hit a problem deploying to live, I messaged Mailbeez support, got a response immediately and the fix worked first time.

I didn't realise that level of service existed!

This is an amazing tool especially for any small business. It has everything to give fantastic customer service, content and is great value. We really all need to support this platform to allow it to move to the next level. Any Opencart users out there, get in touch to see if collectively we can expand the platform to increase our sales :-)

The Mailbeez software is extremely powerful; it automates my email campaigns and is responsible for all customer reviews on my site with the excellent review reminder add on.

If I have a problem with configuring or installing extra modules I always get a speedy reply and my problem is swiftly solved.

We've started using MailBeez for our Zen Cart store. We're currently using only the free modules to see what responses we get. If it works well for us we'll purchase the premium ones.
The only downside for us is the price structure. It would be more fair if it was base on the amount of emails sent so the small businesses would pay less. Dear Mailbeez team please consider this option.

After an update the layout of a template changed, which I was not able to solve self. Very shortly after reporting the friendly support of mailbeez fix it. Really good!!

Ottimo servizio assistenza, ottimi moduli, facili da settare e ben funzionanti. Sono estremamente soddisfatto considerando anche che il costo dei moduli è davvero accessibile e piuttosto basso..... far fare ad ok moduli del genere per le proprie piattaforme sarebbe molto piùà costoso. 10 e lode!!

This product integrates perfectly with our online store. It is very easy to use and runs without manual intervention from our staff. Mailbeez has put a lot of attention into the inner workings of this product and it shows in the polished layout and easy operation. Our favorite feature is the ability to send automated marketing emails to our new, recent, and past customers without touching anything. So far, from 2 weeks of use we have noticed an increase in product reviews and conversions. Support from mailbeez is top notch and quick to respond!
