As somebody who has rented a property and used traditional high street agents for a number of years to advertise and find clients for me I am able to make an accurate comparison between them. I found this online agent 'Makyourmove' to be an excellent agent, they were very quick at everything which is what you need, we were on rightmove the same day as signing, we had viewings by the following day and a most suitable secure tenant by the end of the week. They dealt with all paperwork expediently and most importantly cost less than half the price of any agent. They responded very quickly to any queries and were very pleasant and helpful. I dont think I would use high street agents again they just don't compare with ' Make your move' I would most definitely recommend them and will be using them again myself.

This may be the reliably best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Each time they are efficient, friendly, organised, brilliant manner on the phones/email... nothing seems too much trouble. They are also very reasonable! What's not to like! Recommend WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Well done Makeurmove. Will certainly use again.

Slow to help tenants, poor communication total confusion caused by booking several companies to do the same job without informing the tenants and this is supposed to a big company that knows what its doing. You can never get hold of them in the office and you can regularly spend 20mins at a time trying to get through and when you do they dont care and fob you off so in short the worst companybi have ever dealt with along with thier rude disrespectful sub contractors bring back the old estate agents that they brought out (estatesdirect.com) as at least you could get jobs done and actually speak to someone who goves a damn.

Excellent company with a simple process and website, with great communication. Would recommend whole heartedly !!

MakeYourMove was recommended to me by my morgage adviser. I was worrying if I would be able to rent out my house , I need to pay morgage in time etc., it is my first experiance buy-to-let at all .
So, I refered to the company, sent everything they required ( it was not a lot) and stright away on the next day my property was desired by three families . I could not believe they did it so fast.

As a landlord, I have always had a positive experience and I have been using them for the past three years. Quick to respond to email queries and they are happy to tailor to landlords requirements and I never feel that they are overcharging for any particular service.
