Wasn’t much for £40
I know costs gone up but wasn’t brilliant plus over a. Week to dispatch

The meat is brilliant just the delivery is annoying this is the second time they have just left it on the doorstep not knocking or ringing the bell.

Never had a bad deal from you

Placed my first order and it arrived before the date I was given, sadly joint of beef was missing tried to contact several times but still no reply so feel I can’t place another order with them . Disappointed

Quality and response times are good. Internet offers always sold out when viewed.

Fast delivery and good quality meat at a reasonable price. Have used many times.

I've now had several orders from Malpas, and have been unable to fault it in any way lovely meat, well packed , &not over priced .

My shipment from order #46996 never delivery to here and I’m still waiting for it. I have 5 time email to you and never reply and my brother been try phone to you and you never pick up the phone. I’m very so disappointed with you. Please everyone of you please don’t order because they are very poor Quality Service. I have paid over £70 but I get nothing. DPD company didn’t delivery went something wrong. I’m still waiting to hear from them

So I ordered on Tuesday with the guarantee of delivery within two working days if ordered before midnight. The order was expected Thursday therefore. I went on their site to check the status of the order and it hasn't even been dispatched yet and it's now Friday. I emailed them 3 times yesterday for updates the last time cancelling the order as I'm going away for a week and won't be home if)when it does come. Still no response but normally these types of companies are quick to respond to negative reviews so maybe this will trigger a response but my review won't alter neither will my request to cancel it. Avoid. Simples!

Don't believe their money back guarantee - we want you to be 100% happy. LIES!
Our delivery was meant to be delivered on Thursday but we got an email to advise it would be late. They said they'd deliver on Friday/Saturday but as we were away until the end of day Sunday, we got in touch with them to say please deliver on Monday when we'd be in. They couldn't Monday as they didn't work Sunday so THEY AGREED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ON TUESDAY! We have the email agreement.
My partner then got an email Sunday morning to say it would be delivered on Sunday, when we were away! So the meat was delivered on Sunday and left in the sun for several hours. We cut our trip short because of their incompetence to get home for the meat and when we tried the meat temperature, it was 11 degrees! When we said we wanted a refund because of the ruined meat, sending them photos of their mistake, their response was it had been received...?! They didn't care they'd advised a different delivery date and obviously didn't care the meat temperature was higher than it should be.
We threw the chicken, wouldn't take a chance on that and we were missing a pork which they gave a refund for. As money is tight, regrettably we tried to eat the meat we did have. Unsurprisingly both of us were ill.
I honestly can't believe Malpass butchers careless attitude and response 'it's been received'. I would say it might be a once off but we thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt after a delivery issue before, more fool us.

Items missing not for the 1st time , Delivery 2 days late . Very dissapointed will be look elsewhere in future .

Great service, timely and good quality meat. Reasonable price too

Product was good but delivery was late and no communication or update on when it would be delivered until chased. It puts me off ordering again as unsure when it will be delivered so can't arrange to be in which is a real shame as the meat is good and great value for money

Arrived one day later than stated however the meat is excellent
