When my survey was carried out, Dan was very thorough and efficient with everything keeping me well informed during the whole process. The final report was clear and easy to understand. However, their booking process was not great. My survey was originally scheduled for a date when they were unavailable which meant I ended up incurring a 2.5 week delay at very short notice.

We recently got a Level 3 Building Survey and were extremely impressed with the service received. The survey was exceptionally thorough, detailed and easy to understand, clearly highlighting both immediate and future maintenance considerations without causing unnecessary concern. The report was delivered promptly and provided us with the confidence needed to make an informed decision on our property purchase. Communication throughout was professional and responsive, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We had a great experience with this surveyor, was firstly contacted by Dean the day before the survey to ask us if we had any areas of concern in which we like him to look at while he was there, we received an email to tell us he had been to the property and then then next day we received the report. Very impressed with speed of the whole process.

Russell Foote carried out the survey on our prospective property and provided an excellent service throughout. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the survey would cover and what we could expect from the process. He also asked whether there were any specific concerns or areas we wanted him to focus on.

Once the survey had been completed, Russell contacted us to talk through the findings and ensure we fully understood the report. I'm in the middle of a slightly unusual property transaction and wasn't sure how much to offer the vendor. I requested a level 2 survey and valuation which was booked in swiftly with Surveyor Matthew M. He contacted me before the survey to discuss the property and then completed swiftly, with the report coming through the next day. The whole process has been excellent, with both Matthew and Amie who set up the survey being a pleasure to deal with. Cant recommend highly enough

From the first enquiry MAP sent me all the information and the process was simple and easy. Before the survey I was informed of the process and the surveyor contacted me the day prior. On completion I was called by the surveyor and he discussed his findings and told me I would have the full report in 2 days. The report was in-depth and easy to follow and worth have completed.

Mostly easy process, had some difficulty with the online account, but Hayley Beasley was able to help get the survey underway, keeping me in the loop by email. The friendly surveyor called on the day. The flat being surveyed is a modern one, hence I am quite impressed the surveyor managed to point out a critical issue in worth fixing.

I've received other surveys with different companies with no pictures so it was good to get a full report with lots of useful information I can use during my property journey.

Russel has been great, very thorough and informative. And unlike a lot of companies, he will pick up the phone and actually speak to you and talk you through any queries.

The surveyor called me on the day after completing the survey to give me the gist of what he had found at the property. A week later I was sent a comprehensive report and was able to phone the surveyor back to ask questions related to what was found. Great service!

Easy to arrange and a very competitive price. The surveyor, Daniel, rang us prior to the appointment to see if there was anything in particular we wanted looking at. The report itself was thorough and I spoke to Daniel afterward in relation to a few points and he was very helpful. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Great surveying company.

We used this company to carry out a survey on our soon to be new home. We received a very thorough report which allowed us to negotiate a reduction in the sale price to cover some repairs that were recommended.
The report was well set out, clearly stating issues that need attention.
My only criticism is the length of time we had to wait for the survey to be completed. The report was available within a week.
