We purchased the Vital Fit Tracker. The product we received is junk. Too confusing to use. I want to return it but there is no contact information with the product or on the website. Money thrown out the window. Bogus company.

I ordered 2 wifi extenders, was supposed to be 2 for 34.99. Ended up being billed 59.99 for one and 34.99 for the second one. To top it off, they billed my PayPal account again for 34.99 the next month as a recurring charge. It is a scam!

I purchased a highly advertised product which turned out to be cheap, useless and bogus. It certainly did not work as advertised. To return this item would be a $30 restocking fee. They offered a 50% off on product instead and refunded $40 (PENDING). This is a SCAM. Never trust this company. Product is worthless.

$105.00 for three plastic squares with a thin sheet of plastic over a pad under it that shows when you write in it. POS !!! What Rip Off !!! NOTHING like shown on the product page. The page shows these pads looking something like an mini-ipad. $35.00 each, they're .99 cents a Dollar Tree. MFR's !!!!!

Website states 5-7 days delivery. I placed my order on 12/6 and the order was processed that day. Here it is 12/13, 7 days later and my order still hasn't left NJ to be delivered to Florida. Don't count on delivery times with this company. Use a reputable supplier.

I suddenly have 2 charges from Margin Holdings but to the best of my knowledge, I have ordered nothing from them. I haven’t finished my research to see if they might be the agent for any of my December purchases but I am writing this negative review because they provide zero details for the charges. Several phone call attempts yielded nothing but frustration.

FOLLOW UP
After finishing researching this charge, I found that it was for an item I ordered via the New York Times.
I am adding two stars. It should be a given that notice of a charge includes the item involved.

Scammer Alert! I received two charges within two weeks from this company through my Paypal account. I do not remember ever ordering anything from them, and I don't use Paypal very often, so this fraudulent charge was very noticeable. The number listed on BBB is no good.

Received items six Heaters (6) they are not fit for the purpose they are intended for.
Got in touch with MARGIN HOLDINGS within there 30 days money back gaurantee and asked for a return address to return the Heaters (ha ha) and heard nothing and I informed them I was filing a dispute with Paypal.
Informed Paypal and was informed they had already received my notice of dispute from Margin Holdings.
I am now waiting for any movement on this case from Paypal for the outstanding amount of £282:00.

They charged my PayPal account 3x when I made only one purchase with them, that is steeling. And on top of it PayPal tells me to resolve it with these thieves.

Never received one item, and the.other is very overpriced. Wrote them, but no respond. PayPal is not the safeguard I thought it was.

I purchased a "smart heater" and paid about £45.00 for it, the remote to work it was £13.00 on top of this and it was advertised as essential for the energy crisis and would be brilliant and heat a whole room! we didn't find it to be this great and there were some on amazon that looked very similar to what we had received in the post for less than £20.00 with a remote included!
I emailed them demanding a refund as i was within my 30 day "money guarantee" period, they replied with an email saying "what is wrong" asking me what had happened, i explained that it didn't work the way i had expected it to and they then sent me a manual on how to use it!
I then replied saying i wanted a full refund, which i was entitled to, and for them to send me on the refund information - they replied saying they would give me back 40% of my money so i wouldn't have to pay for shipping fees! I said i had a 30 day money back guarantee and wanted a full refund - emails then went back and forth - they came back with 50% then 60% then finally they said 85% of my money back so in the end i just took it as i had lost the box to return it! - the funny thing is each time i sent a reply, a different member of staff replied, so i had a Leo, then Deen, then Amy, then Dax, then Tom, then Dave and the email addresses ranged from paypal@marginholdingslimitedonlinecom, support@buysmartheatcom, uksupport@getsmartheatcom - apparently they also have a restocking fee - PS: We have a restocking fee of 15% for every return!
I found this company very dodgy, something isn't right about them at all and i believe that they didn't want the "return" items listed against them so will refund to try their best to stop this!

I have four charges on PayPal this month to this company and I don’t know what they’re for. I may be a little forgetful so I’ll give them another week, but then I’m going to raise hell.

Mini plug in heaters are a joke. Can’t find anyone to talk to to send all 3 back. What a joke

I ordered a Vital Fitness Watch. I didn't know I had to order the charger separately which cost an additional $15. WHEN I GOT THE WATCH, IT WOULDN'T CHARGE UP, AND THE DIRECTIONS WERE UNCLEAR. I AM TRYING TO RETURN THE WATCH WHICH I KNOW IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY.

Wow what a giant RIP OFF. I ordered a Alpha Heater for a bargain price of £49.99p. I bought it through PayPal. There was no mention of tax to pay or shipping costs so the thing actually cost £69.99p, . I tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of ordering but PAYPAL can’t or won’t let me cancel the order. Both Pay Pal and Margin Holdings are a bloody rip off. As soon as the thing arrives it’s going back. It pisses me off when they don’t tell you the full costs before you commit to buying.

They over charged for the product by 50% and did NOT even deliverer the product on the date stated by the company. It was supposed to be a gift that now is too late by many days.

I bought a Soothely neck massager from a site operating as GetSoothely. What I received was a Jiankang Yangsheng neck massager which I saw could be purchased online for $4. Only positive is that they promptly refunded my money and didn’t even want this cheap plastic thing back.

I found on Pinterest for $69.44. I was offered another one for $39.95 which I bought also. When I opened the package I found I had only received 5 patches instead of 10. Also after charging one of the apparatuses and following the instructions, I found it to not vibrate as I expected.

Item #BLKFITNESSWATCH-01. for $44.59. I also purchased a warranty & a watch band set. I returned the watch almost immediately as it was a poor device. Despite the guarantee promises, I received a refurd of $10.11. If I click on Margin Holdings from this web site, I go to a clank page. I will watch Paypal in case they try to charge me again.

Sent off for 2 Alpha heaters, when they arrived, on Oct 10th, both were broken at the plug, they were shoddy cheap items, not fit for purpose. Luckily I paid through PayPal, but could only get through to the resolution centre if I clicked on the payment shown in dollars, not pounds. The same day they arrived I was visited by Kent Fire brigade to check my smoke detectors, I showed the heaters to the guys, and they said they were a fire risk!! I informed margin holdings of this by e mail, demanding and receiving a full refund. Avoid at all costs, the online promotional film seems professional but is very misleading,
