Marie Stella-maris レビュー 

As someone who has used Marie Stella Maris products for years, it is disappointing to say that I have finally reached the end of my patience with the brand. My most recent experiences, unfortunately in line with earlier frustrations, have convinced me to stop using their products altogether.

To be clear, my issue is not necessarily with the Van Baerlestraat store in Amsterdam. The staff there has always been polite and helpful within the limitations of what they are able to offer. My frustration lies with the brand itself and the gap between its promises and the reality.

I was originally drawn to Marie Stella Maris because of its commitment to sustainable, refillable products with a premium feel. That sounded like the perfect combination. Sadly, the experience has been far from that ideal.

Over the years, I have had multiple soap dispensers break due to faulty pumps. Each time, I had to replace the entire product, wasting both the bottle and left over soap or lotion. On another occasion, I purchased a hand soap and lotion set with the idea of refilling it later. It turned out that the soap was a limited edition and could not be refilled. The store would not allow a refill with a different type either. As a result, I had to buy a completely new bottle. This hardly felt like a sustainable solution.

More recently, I bought their foaming soap dispenser, again with the intention of refilling it long term. Not long after, I found out that the product was being discontinued. Since it requires a specific type of soap, the dispenser will soon become useless. This is not what I expected from a brand that claims to care about waste reduction.

Refills in general seem to be a recurring issue. On one visit, the hand soap refill I needed was out of stock, so I had to track it down online through a different store. Today, I returned to the Van Baerlestraat location to refill a hand lotion. I was told that lotions are not refillable at all. Yet again, I was advised to purchase a new bottle. It feels like I am constantly encouraged to create more waste instead of reducing it.

Some time ago, I did share my feedback with the brand and was offered a ten euro discount on a future purchase. While the gesture was appreciated, it felt more like a way to close the conversation than a sincere effort to improve.

This was my final experience with Marie Stella Maris. I have now decided to switch to a truly premium brand, which not only delivers quality but also stays true to its values.

Marie Stella Maris may appear committed to sustainability, but in my experience, it comes across more as a well-designed marketing strategy than a genuine mission. That is not something I want to support any longer.

De geuren en producten zijn heerlijk ook al is de geur redelijk snel verdwenen.
Mijn eerste bestelling was vlot in huis en daarop volgde al snel een 2e bestelling. Inmiddels 10 dagen geleden besteld maar nog altijd niets ontvangen. Per email en telefoon krijg ik geen reactie van dit bedrijf. Na een heel keuzemenu krijg je uiteindelijk het bericht dat Marie Stella Maris telefonisch niet bereikbaar is en adviseren ze om je vraag per email te stellen. Inmiddels 4 emails verder maar een reactie blijft uit. Echt heel slecht!! Uiteraard hoop ik mijn bestelling twv 80 euro alsnog te ontvangen maar dat zal wel mijn laatste bestelling zijn bij dit bedrijf.

Heerlijke geur die ik heb besteld in handzeep en body wash.
Weinig zeep nodig in gebruik en zeer milieuvriendelijk hoe jullie omgaan met alle produkten.

Heerlijke geuren, weer eens iets anders dan de bekende Rituals.

Ik ben enthousiast over de d'Amsterdam collectie en heb hiervan diverse producten aangeschaft.

Ook leuk om drops te sparen voor diverse acties.
Ik ga ervan uit dat de drops van deze review worden bijgeschreven .

Altijd de beste service in de winkel in Maastricht en love al hun producten !!

Marie Stella-Maris heeft heerlijke geuren!
Inmiddels is ons hele gezin fan van de doucheschuim, shampoo, conditioner, geurstokjes, afwasmiddel! En zo fijn dat alles navulbaar is!
En als er iets is wat net niet naar je wens is, lossen ze het heel netjes op. De klantenservice is heel vriendelijk en accuraat. Ben blij met Stella Maris!

Totally disappointed with the refill bottle color and quality . Earlier i bought 250ml courage des bois however color and scent are completely different . The refill liquid is very light color however the bottle i bought was darker red color . Something must be wrong !!!

Heerlijke frisse geur!! Zacht voor de huid en fijn dat je zelf kan navullen.

Het geeft een fris gevoel

Ik gebruik een aantal producten van msm. Badschuim (3 en 7), bodylotion (3), bodyolie (7) en handzeep (12). Het ruikt allemaal zo lekker. In mijn handtas zit altijd handcrème en no-rinse. Van alles heb ik ook navulling. Als ik vandaag bestel is het morgen in huis. Dat is heel fijn.

De lekkerste geuren en nog goed voor water en natuur. Iets minder goed voor de portomonnaie, maar ach, dat heb ik er voor over!

Vind de verpakking zo stijlvol. De keuken, badkamer of wastafel oogt meteen een stuk luxer.
De geuren zijn ook echt fantastisch.
Niet te opdringerig maar wel goed waarneembaar.
Vind de prijs / kwaliteit echt top!

Ik ben enorm fan van de producten van Marie Stella-maris. Vooral Objets nr 12! Wat een verwennerij om jezelf dit cadeau te doen. Niet goedkoop, maar ben er elke keer weer blij mee als ik bijv mijn handen was.

Heerlijke geuren, natuurlijke producten in stijlvolle verpakking.

Jaren geleden gebruikte ik Marie Stella-Maris zeep voor het eerst bij een vriendin en het viel me direct op hoe lekker dit rook en hoe goed dit aanvoelde. Sindsdien heb ik alleen deze zeep, body wash en shampoo in huis.

Helaas is de receptuur van de Poivre Noir veranderd en ruikt deze nu minder/nauweijks, maar alle andere geuren zijn nog top.

Hele fijne geuren. Ik wissel per seizoen of stemming! En een extra goed gevoel dat ik met elke aankoop bijdraag aan duurzame waterprojecten.

Ik vindt het erg fijn dat je de verpakkingen kan laten na vullen. Dit is ook echt de reden dat ik dit merk gebruik, ruikt ook heerlijk en ben al jaren fan :)

Ik vind de geuren echt heerlijk. Echter wat ik wel apart vind, is dat je bij de refill bar perse de fles moet vullen met de geur die erin zat. Hierdoor moet je dus eigenlijk van iedere geur een verpakking kopen. Dat wil zeggen: verpakking, productie en afval. Ik dacht dat de gedachte achter Marie Stella Maris juist was, dat dit overbodig moet zijn.

Ben al jaren fan. De heerlijke geuren, verantwoord produceren en mooie projecten die worden gesteund.
Dan heb ik nog niet eens over de mooie verpakkingen gehad......
