Excellent customer service - Prompt delivery - competitive prices 👍🏻

My order was dispatched within a couple of hours and arrived the next day. The container was well packed clearly marked fragile and the item ordered arrived in perfect condition. Well done Marine Scene

Great customer service when I asked them about an item that I’d ordered but that had not been delivered. James was really helpful in getting things sorted for me. The product I purchased was as I had expected but the customer service was better than dealing with many merchants online.

After calling around no less than 25 marine suppliers, these guys went out of there way to help me out, I knew exactly what I needed and they came up trumps.
One guy in sales actually went into the warehouse and supplied precise information on the product and had the sale on the spot.
Great example of how a business should be run.

Super service. I ordered hose and hose clips, I ordered wrong size clips they noticed and called me straight away to check, and replaced with the correct size item. My mistake corrected by James. Thank you.

Customer Service awful if you’re a Woman. Will serve Men before you even if you were there first. Went there one day with my Partner and asked a question only for them to ignore me turn to my Partner and relayed the answer to him!! I walked off in disgust but I should have stayed and had words.
I’ve rung more salt water out of my Socks than any of them but they obviously have no respect for women. I would never recommend them and their Shop is a shambles.

Disgusting customer service. Got my order wrong twice and then blamed me for their incompetence. Ripped me off on the buy 4 get 1 free fender offers twice. I used these for years yet had no record of me being a customer. They lie and cheat and treat you like crap

Easy to order, very helpful on the phone when I had queries and arrived promptly.

Ordered 40 items... 40 items delivered.

The product was supposed to be delivered on 6th March. They claim to have dispatched it. When called they said sorry they were busy. Several phone calls and promises of dispatching it tomorrow and still no delivery. Asked for a refund, no refund because apparently the item was dispatched. Very poor customer service.

Love this company. Always so helpful and great products at competitive prices. Will be in touch with my Christmas for my husband's boat build project.

I returned something to marine scene and it got lost in the post. I didn't get the item tracked which was my fault but they refunded me anyway. I thought that was a very nice gesture.
I've had very good service on the other occasions I've shopped with them as well.

This is the first time we've used this company. There was a hitch with the first order (through no fault of the company - rather the fault of the Royal Mail). The query was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. We're very pleased with our boat cushions. We would highly recommend this company.

I used Marine Scene for the first time in April 2019. I inadvertently ordered the wrong part for my Titan bilge pump. Even though they didn’t have the right part in stock, they agreed to get one and replace the wrongly ordered part without hesitation. Fabulous after sales service for a small order. They are now in my bookmark list for future chandlery requirements.

With all the bits and pieces needed for rigging and repairs, this company offers a comprehensive web-site and the prices which are considerably lower than most ships chandlers. Better still, my order was delivered to me the following day. Quality of parts supplied was excellent. I know this review sounds as if it was written by the company, but it was not. I have no connection with them other than as a very satisfied customer.
