Martin & Co Bath レビュー

Excellent service. Many thanks.

Really professional under the current circumstances. Students friendly, answered all my questions and genuinely a really nice estate agent!

Really nice and welcoming. Very helpful and answered all our questions well! Thank you very much!

Meredith was very nice and friendly, and she answered all our questions. Absolutely no complaints.

Meredith was very kind and helpful, answering all the questions I had. She was also very sweet and made the experience very comfortable and simple, which was greatly appreciated

Our recent viewing with Meridith was brilliant, she was very knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions. This made us feel at ease when continuing with the process of applying for the property.

Dealing with Gaye in the Bath branch was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Whilst I didn't end up completing on the property in question, Gaye was attentive, proactive and knowledgeable throughout.

I will definitely keep an eye on future listings and would have no hesitancy in recommending them in purchasing your property.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Willing to answer any questions and gave extensive detail about properties.

Meridith was very friendly and able to answer most of the questions we had. She was very professional when showing us around the house. However, I didn't give her 5 stars because she was about 10 mins late for our viewing.

Lovely agents
Meredith was great and answered all of our questions.

Gaye has been the most helpful. Although I didn't take a property through this agency, they have helped me immensely during my search. Totally recommend Martin and Co to a friend.

Gaye is very helpful and knowledgeable, great service

Meredith was lovely and really helpful at communicating via email and person. She went to the extra effort of finding out details about the commuting distance and options available from the property. Overall, a great experience especially during a lockdown.

Excellent, friendly customer service. Always awkward to meet someone new for the first time so to have someone friendly and to make little jokes with us whilst maintaining a professional experience was very welcoming and gave us the impression we could trust this person and be open and honest.

Meredith was extremely helpful prior to, during and following our viewing.
She understood our requirements and logistical difficulties and helped us accordingly.
She was very professional and polite

Lovely friendly agent, very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer any and all questions I had.

Thank you so much for your help!

Meridith at Martin & Co. (Bath) was well presented, kind, knowledgeable and quickly initiated the tenancy agreement process. I cannot comment on services during or at the end of the tenancy which is usually the most crucial but initial impressions are very positive and I have not seen any negative feedback online nor heard anything negative from any other Bath residents.

Hi
Meredith was really helpful and friendly during my viewing. She answered all my questions and She provide advise too.

Meridith is such a lovely person, very lighthearted and knowledgeable. I felt like I could ask all my questions and share any concerns. Didnt feel like I was being pressured in the slightest. I look forward to any viewing that I know she is running for me.

Much love!
