Martin & Co Bath レビュー

Everybody were so helpful all the time. Best letting agency I ever worked with. Thank you so much guys!

Martin and Co estate agents handled the sale of my flat with efficiency and professionalism. They performed many viewings and quickly found prospective purchasers. They managed the sale procedure very well, I would warmly recommend them.

Gaye met me at the door, ready early. She explained the house set up clearly. We went up to the flat and Gaye knew the details and that area of Bath. She was happy to honestly discuss the accommodation including problems.
We chatted to another couple renting in the house who did the garden. Must be a secret nearly unique in central Bath. I explained that it involved more work than I could manage at present. Gaye was an ideal person for my first introduction to viewing flats in Bath. Thank you.

Our purchase was handled by Gaye and we can only say positive things about the way she dealt with everything for us. At times, she went above the call of duty and sorted out several problems with our lazy solicitors.

I had a very positive experience renting with Martin and Co, they were on hand to help with any queries and available at the end of an email or phone call when needed.
The team are lovely and friendly, and a special mention goes to Claire for how welcoming and attentive she'd been during our tenancy.
Thank you!

Martin & Co are fabulous. We were in a time urgent situation to find a new place to live and they helped us massively. In particular Claire Edwards assisted with our move and was very accommodating to our needs. If we were to move again I would definitely use Martin and Co.

I am looking to buy a property in Bath. Gaye Philipps showed me around. At short notice. The presentation and approach was extremely professional. The quality of the properties was excellent. I recommend 1000%

Gaye was extremely helpful in my property search. Thank you .

Gaye has been absolutely brilliant. She has kept me informed, answered questions and contacted my solicitor regularly. Many thanks to all at Martin & Co, Bath

First class service.

The assistance & help given by Gaye was exceptional.

I have known and worked with Claire Edwards as a landlord for a considerable length of time now and have always found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable in the very complex field of residential letting.
I sincerely hope she remains with Martin & Co to carry on her valuable contribution to the wellbeing of the firm.

Just a note to thank all the team for the excellent service they’ve provided. They’re always willing to go the extra mile. Great service! Thanks again

I have been a client of Martin & Co Bath for over 10 years. They have always provided a professional, friendly and personalised service. When there is a problem, they do their best to solve it. They also seem to always find good tenants who stay for a long time and take good care of the property. Even though I live some 4300 miles away I feel reassured that my flat in Bath is in good hands with them.

Meridith was really friendly and welcoming when we first met and very knowledgeable throughout the viewing. I felt she gave both myself and my mum who came along to help me view the property plenty of opportunity to ask questions and answered honestly. Thank you Meridith!

I arrived at the flat and was greeted by Meridith at the door step, who was very friendly with her introduction. The tour of the flat went well, and Meridith was helpful in the questions i had. I am now in the process of applying for the flat.
Thanks.

Since commencing with Martins and Co in 2019, they have ensured a constant supply of tenants and sorted every problem that has ever arisen - no matter how big or small, with the least amount of fuss or hassle for me. Exactly what any landlord should wish for.
Keep up the good work.

I rang with a speculative enquiry which needed local knowledge of the letting market in Bath. Gaye looked in to the property details and carried out a thorough research providing me with invaluable knowledge to allow me to make an informed decision.

I found that Martin & Co went above and beyond the usual level of attention and help that I have got from other estate agents. Both Brian and Gaye were great communicators and I appreciated that they had thought to put a handout together to take away after viewing the property, and their follow up has been excellent. I recommend them!

Very polite agent, who made us feel very comfortable. Very helpful also, answering all our queries. Pleasant experience.
