Mashvisor has been a helpful tool in researching short term rentals in different markets. I like that you have access to data from all across the country vs needing to choose one zip code. the price is fair as well.

tried to get my money back despite…
tried to get my money back despite agreeing to a subscription statement to be charged quarterly. If you are not a professional real estate investor and only use this website once in a while like me, it's a complete rip off. I tried to dispute the charge after they charged me quarterly 3 months after I stopped using the website and they fought back and would not give me my money back. Buyer beware.

Great Customer Support Team
I meant to cancel the trial before the 7 day trial period, but was unable to do so due to personal reasons. I canceled just a day or two late. I reached out to Mashvisor customer support team and they were able to refund me regardless.
These people understand that customer support is really about. Thank you!
