Very useful in getting to know the…
Very useful in getting to know the AirBnB potential of one area vs another. The algorithm does not take into account how much work a property needs on its own and therefore what may first be identified as a lucrative investment is clearly a property that needs a lot of work but it does allow you to add that information and expected repair costs in yourself.
