Our company works with many carriers—we purchase antiques at auctions and are heavily reliant on the quality of work from the people who pack very fragile antiques. We have been in this business for many years, but this is the first time we have encountered the level of professionalism demonstrated by Mail Boxes Etc Newcastle.
We specifically contacted them to find out the name of the person who performed this great work. His name is Chris. Any company would be truly proud to have such an employee.
I want to explain why we were so impressed. First, the porcelain was wrapped in tissue paper. Then, it was encased in bubble wrap. After that, it was wrapped in corrugated cardboard. And this cocoon was then wrapped in bubble wrap again! But that's not all. All the packed items were very tightly placed into an inner box. This inner box was then placed into a larger box and padded with packing peanuts!
Everything was done so well, it was as if Chris was helping to move his beloved grandmother's possessions! If you add to this the fact that the price for this work was absolutely reasonable and acceptable, you will understand that we will be returning to them again and again.
