I start went to McQueen Hair and Beauty in Tunbridge Wells I was so nervous because I am deaf when I told them. staffs are brilliant and friendly. one staff start talk slow I can read their lip=-reading.. they offer me cup of tea. I love them.. I become a regular appointment every 7 week, I feel more relax when I arrive in for my appointment. staffs are STILL friendly..

I recommend everyone go there...

Very helpful stylist, took time to understand what I wanted. Cut and colour both excellent. Highly recommended.

As usual a good haircut and pleasant staff for the greater part. I don’t think I’ve met the abrupt East European on the till before but being so insistent that I pay £5 for a 30p disposable mask left a bad taste. Given we pay over £35 for the cut it was a shame you cannot hand one over for free thus aiding customer service. It is these little things that will in time affect customer feedback via a comment section or worse via the door. Worth thinking about, remember this is not the case at your competitors.

Had an awesome experience with McQueen's Tunbridge Wells. A lovely lady "Lizzy" cut and blow dried my hair. Was made to feel welcome and loved their choice of music 💓. Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed! 🙂👍

Such a nice experience, my friend and I went together to get our second ear piercings done and it was quick and easy and the lady was lovely!

I was nervous of going to the hair salon during this Covid period but the staff there are great and friendly. They used hygiene precautions and I felt safe. The stylist was lovely and did a great job on my hair. I’ll be back

Kirsty is a great hairdresser and made sure I got exactly the cut I wanted. She was really friendly and lovely to chat to. The salon was set up well with sensible/safe but not overwhelming measures taken, which meant it was still a nice experience to get my hair cut. Was quick and efficient service, but without being rushed. Will definitely go back!
