Si was very very reassuring and professional whilst piercing my ears 👍

Was looking for a new hairdresser to cut and blow dry my hair as my regular hairdresser left the salon to have a baby & is not coming back.
I was very pleased with the results from this salon and shall continue to use them.

Always treated like a princess and always look much better leaving than arriving! 😁

At last a hairdresser who takes genuine interest and listens to you and does what you want with panache and flair and a whole lot of smiles and enjoyment.
Would recommend Si to everyone - pricey but worth it!

I went to mcqueens Tunbridge wells today for the first time I had Elise as my stylist I soon as I walked through the door my 3 yr old and I were made to feel very welcome my daughter was offered a seat and biscuits made me so much more relaxed Elise really concentrated on my needs I had such dry hair I was offered a conditioning treatment which has left my hair smooth and silk the cut was brilliant I was offered plenty of helpfull tips for home and I cant eprsss enough how brilliant my blow dry best I've ever had !!! Looked like it had been straightnes so so impressed thanks for making us feel wellcome mcqueens and thank you so much Elise very happy customer

Szandra was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable and she was very personable and friendly. She really listened to what I wanted, which after a bad haircut experience at another hairdresser was just what I needed. She created a look that I wanted and I left feeling very well looked after. I will definitely be back to see Szandra and the McQueen team. What a great experience :)

Brilliant! Helpful staff and customer service is fantastic, even the coffee is good and love Fiona’s knowledge of 80s music.

Booked in for full head highlights, root touch up and cut and blow dry.
Hair colour came out more a more gingery colour, which looked totally different in the salon than when i got outside in the natural light. Was then offered an express regrowth tint which was just my parting and hair line at the front.. which has not covered up the grey hairs and when my hair is up you can see the grey hairs anyway!!she took over 5 and half hrs to do this, with very little conversation either.

Mix up with appointment times and date, not happy with not having blow dry after paying for it with a conditioning treatment I felt I didn’t either get.
Also felt staff did not know products they was trying to sell to me.
But saying all that the staff was very pleasant
