My order was acknowledged but 2 weeks later I still hadn't received my item. I contacted Medscope but got no response. After I requested the order to be cancelled and refunded, I got a response fairly quickly.
Disappointed!

Took ages to arrive as out of stock, but didn't mention this when ordering. Can't get the thing to work properly, despite asking TechSavvy friends. Will send back!
Do you need to hear any more?

The website said 1-3 days for delivery but in fact would have been 4 weeks. Cancelled the order

disappointed for the 38 Euro of custome duties ...not Medscope fault .

I am disappointed that I have not received my order. You have taken my money. The order was expensive and the postage was over £4 for quite a small parcel.

Difficult site to use.
Difficult to order accessories like the mobile phone clip or tripod.
Monocular works well.

i ordered these little pads they are amazing so much better than plasters as they do stay stuck even after showering or bathing, just the right size as well, although i do have the bigger sizes too, i did try to order the bigger size but they sold out so i'll try them again later on...
what i like about them is the transparent sticky part, as they also do not hurt when ripping them off like a plaster can do, i have just used them actually as i had a bad arm, which they have helped to heal up just right... thank you..

Prompt - excellent service

I put the order in and it was delivered very quickly. Product is exactly what i expected.

Ordered never arrived, rubbish customer service

Bought some hand sanitisers but it wasn’t listed on their website that they were about to expire in 3 months time. Sent an email about 5 days ago and asked if I could return and get a refund but unfortunately haven’t yet heard back so it’s likely that they will go wasted. They did add a couple of free items in the box and the delivery was quick and hence the 2 stars instead of one but the free items were not what I needed so I wouldn’t say I’m entirely happy with the service either.

Since we have not yet received the batteries we ordered nor been told what has caused this delay i have given you the lowest score

I placed an order on the 12th of March
there has been no response since and no one will answer the phone.
will try and source form elsewhere.

very disappointed

We placed an order on 6th March for some toys for our son, which we did not receive although payment was taken. We wrote to the "sales" email at the address provided on 16th and 19th March to ask about our order. After writing a review on this website, we have received an email today apologising and refunding the payment as the items were no longer available.

Purchased some nitrile gloves and after waiting 8 days I sent an email asking for an update as it hadn't been dispatched yet and was told that the supplier didn't have them in stock with no delivery date available and have been issued a refund.

Good product, quickly delivered

I think, four star is enough. If you want to get five stars, have a look amazon service.
