I ordered my product on the 4th of


I ordered my product on the 4th of March and have only received it today, the 19th of March. I received an email a few days after my order to tell me that the product I had ordered had been discontinued and so they had upgraded my order for free from another supplier. I thought, great thats really good.... only over a week later I chase to find out where it is, to then be told that it wasn't available from that supplier and so they had placed another order with another supplier... more time goes by and I've chased again. The customer service rep apologises and tells me they will get an ETA and get back to me...two days pass and nothing so I chase again...This time no apology from the customer service rep for the time it's taking or not getting back to me with an ETA. I'm told it will arrive that day... it doesn't arrive. I send an email to say it hasn't and then this morning it arrives and I receive an email to say "we have proof from DPD that it has been delivered" with DPD photo attathced. Well yes I can see its been delivered now, as I have it...Wheres the decent customer service apologising for the time it's taken and the fact I've had to chase this, also the incorrect information I was given? It just came across rude. I don't think I would use them again just on that basis.

Edit. I have since received an email from a customer service representative apologising for the error in delivery date, which is appreciated.

I'm really sorry - I know we have had delays in getting Omron products recently and where possible we have been exploring all possible supply routes to get customers order to them.

I can only apologise if you felt our communication was rude. Our Customer Services team are dealing with a large number of queries on a daily basis but I know they would never want to come across as rude to a customer and so please accept my assurance that this would not have been their intention.

2 out of 3 items didn't come

I ordered 3 items. I was contacted by email to say they didn't have 1 item, despite it being on the website as available. I then received 1 of the 3 items with the 2nd item missing and even received something I hadn't ordered at all. I had to email to see what I'd been charged for and where my 2nd item was to be informed they didn't have this item at all either. The only thing I received is actually useless now given it was a stethoscope name tag and I haven't got the other parts to repair and hence use my stethoscope.

I am very sorry for this situation. We did have a technical issue for approximately two weeks where the stock feed to our website was not updating correctly and as such we have found some customers were wrongly shown that items may have been 'in stock' when they were not.

We have rectified this now and please accept my apologies once again.

I loved these visors when I first got


I loved these visors when I first got them a year ago- very comfortable. However, the recent batch I got came rolled, which was not as expected and I have been unable to get the rolled shape out.

Normally if you roll them back the opposite way this should resolve the issue.

Even if they do not flatten out completely - when they are next worn they will take the correct shape around your face.

I placed an order for some Omron print


I placed an order for some Omron print rolls and after received an acknowledgement email.
Then after a week a trust pilot performance survey request arrived, but no sign of the goods.
I wrote to Medscope who replied saying the rolls are out of stock and only now being placed on order which will mean at least another weeks delay.
Very poor service.

The item was a lovely leather doctors bag and it was fantastic. I had an issue with the order but this was quickly resolved by their team.

After sales lacking

A petty as this sounds, the item sent is not the colour that was pictured on the website. I work in the outdoors so I need bright visible gear that is easy to spot in low light conditions and long grass if dropped. I've emailed twice and rang the phone number on their website to see whats available and got no answer. Fast delivery and good pricing, the after sales support is lacking though.
Edit - It's now the 28/03/21, l emailed Medscope as per the request in the reply to this review and still have received no communication from them. Will not buy from again.
